Snicle od soje u rerni (Soy steaks in oven)


Sastojci: 200g snicli od soje, 2 lovorova lista, senf ili kecap, ulje; za sos: 2 kasike sojinog brasna, 6 kasika obicnog brasna, 1 glavica crnog luka (sitno seckanog), 3 cena belog luka (sitno seckanog), 1 kasicica bibera, 1 kasicica vegete, 1 kasika persunovog lista (sitno seckanog), origano, 2 paradajza. za umakanje: kukuruzno brasno.

Priprema: 
1) Snicle potopiti u vodu, i ostaviti nekoliko sati da nabubre (ili ostaviti preko noci).
2) Ocediti i oprati.
3) Snicle potopiti u posoljenu vodu, dodati listove lorbera i kuvati 20 minuta. Ocediti i prohladiti.
4) Svaku sniclu namazati senfom ili kecapom.
5) Za sos - pomesati sojino brasno, obicno brasno, crni i beli luk, biber, vegetu, persunov list i origano sa vodom - da se dobije smesa gustine kao za palacinke. Ostaviti da stoji 20 minuta.
6) Svaku sniclu, umakati u sos, pa uvaljati u kukuruzno brasno. Slagati u tepsiju namazanu uljem.
7) Kada se stave sve snicle, posuti kukuruznim brasnom, pa ravnomerno preliti preostalim sosom. Preko poredjati paradajz isecen nakolutove.
8) Peci u vrucoj rerni.

Predlog: mozete napraviti i Soja sa pecurkama.

Ingredients: 200g of soy steaks, 2 bay leaves, mustard or ketchup, oil, for the sauce: 2 tablespoons soy flour, 6 tablespoons of plain flour, 1 onion (finely chopped) 3 cloves of garlic (finely chopped), 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon vegetable seasoning, 1 tablespoon parsley leaf (finely chopped), oregano, 2 tomatoes. for dipping: corn flour.

Preparation:
1) Soak steaks in water and leave to swell for several hours (or leave overnight).
2) Rinse and wash.
3) Soak steaks in salted water, add the bay leaves and cook 20 minutes. Rinse and chill.
4) Each steak spread with mustard or ketchup.
5) For the sauce - mix soy flour, plain flour, onion, garlic, pepper, vegetable seasoning, parsley and oregano to the water - to get a mixture density as for crepes. Let stand 20 minutes.
6) Each steak, dip in the sauce, then roll in corn flour. Place steaks in pan greased with oil.
7) When you put all the steaks, sprinkle with corn flour, and pour remaining sauce evenly. Cut tomatoes in rings and arrange them over the sauce.
8) Bake in hot oven.

Suggestion: you can make Soy pieces with mushrooms.

Trouglovi sa bademima (Triangles with almonds)


Sastojci: 350g brasna, 125g margarina, 4 kasike secera, 1 kasicica ekstrakta od badema, 100ml belog vina, za dekoraciju - 50g badema (polovine), 2 kasike secera.

Priprema:
1) Penasto umutiti margarin sa secerom i ekstraktom od badema. Dodati brasno i vino i umesiti testo.
2) Podeliti na 4 dela i staviti u frizider na 30 minuta.
3) Svaki deo rastanjiti u krug precnika 15cm i iseci na 12 trouglova.
4) Na svaki trougao staviti po jednu polovinu badema, pa peci u zagrejanoj rerni na 180 stepeni, 7-10 minuta.
5) Pre sluzenja posuti secerom.

Ingredients: 350g flour, 125g margarine, 4 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon of almond extract, 100 ml white wine, for decoration - 50g almonds (halves), 2 tablespoons of sugar.

Preparation:
1) Whisk butter with powdered sugar and almond extract until becomes foamy. Add flour and wine and knead the dough.
2) Divide into 4 pieces and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3) Develop each part in a circle, 15cm in diameter and cut into 12 triangles.
4) Put one almond half on each triangle and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees, 7-10 minutes.
5) Before serving sprinkle with sugar.

Kolacici sa suvim sljivama (Cookies with prunes)


Sastojci: 100g margarina, 40g secera u prahu, 10g vanilin secera, na vrh noza soli, 120g brasna, 50 suvih sljiva (bez kostica), 50ml ruma, 200g cokolade, 2 kasike ulja, 50 badema, polovine (oko 70-80g)

Priprema:
1) Penasto umutiti margarin sa secerom u prahu, vanilin secerom i solju. Dodati brasno i zamesiti testo.
2) Upakovati u foliju i staviti u frizider, na 30 minuta.
3) Testo rastanjiti na debljinu od 3mm. Modlom vaditi krugove precnika 4cm.
4) Poredjati ih u podmazanu i pobrasnjenu tepsiju, pa peci u zagrejanoj rerni na 200 stepeni, oko 8-10 minuta. Kada se ispeku ostaviti da se ohlade.
5) Suve sljive sitno iseckati i pomesati sa rumom, pa na svaki kolacic kasicicom staviti smesu.
6) Cokoladu otopiti sa uljem, pa preliti svaki kolacic.
7) Ukrasiti sa bademom i ostaviti na hladnom mestu da se cokolada stegne.

Ingredients: 100g margarine (butter), 40g powdered sugar, 10g vanilla sugar, pinch of salt, 120g flour, 50 prunes (pitted), 50ml of rum, 200g lean chocolate, 2 tablespoons of oil, 50 almonds, halves (around 70-80g)

Preparation:
1) Whisk butter with powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until becomes foamy. Add flour and knead dough.
2) Pack in foil and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3) Develop the dough to a thickness of 3mm. Cut circles with cookie cutter (or glass) about 4cm in diameter.
4) Align them in a greased and floured baking pan and bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees, about 8-10 minutes. Once baked allow to cool.
5) Finely chop prunes and mix with rum, and spoon mixture on each cookie.
6) Melt chocolate with oil, and pour over each cookie.
7) Garnish with almonds and leave in a cool place until chocolate hardens.

Podloga za kolacice (Cookie crust)


Sastojci: 200g margarina, 80g secera u prahu, 20g vanilin secera, na vrh noza soli, 240g brasna.

Priprema:
1) Penasto umutiti margarin sa secerom u prahu, vanilin secerom i solju. Dodati brasno i zamesiti testo.
2) Upakovati u foliju i staviti u frizider, na 30 minuta.
3) Testo rastanjiti na debljinu od 3mm. Modlom vaditi krugove (ili druge oblike, zeljene velicine).
4) Poredjati ih u podmazanu i pobrasnjenu tepsiju, pa peci u zagrejanoj rerni na 200 stepeni, oko 8-10 minuta. Kada se ispeku ostaviti da se ohlade.

Ingredients: 200g margarine (butter), 80g powdered sugar, 20g vanilla sugar pinch of salt, 240g flour.

Preparation:
1) Whisk butter with powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until becomes foamy. Add flour and knead dough.
2) Pack in foil and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3) Develop the dough to a thickness of 3mm. Cut circles (or other forms and desired size) with cookie cutter (or glass).
4) Align them in a greased and floured baking pan and bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees, about 8-10 minutes. Once baked allow to cool.

Krem corba od krompira (Creamy chowder of potato)


Sastojci: 5 krompira, 300g bundeve, 3 cena belog luka, 1 glavica crnog luka, 1 celer (koren i lisce), 1 sargarepa, 1 persunov koren, 1 paradajz, 1 paprika babura, vegeta, so, biber.

Priprema: 
1) Bundevu oljustiti, iseci na kockice, skuvati u slanoj vodi pa ispasirati.
2) Sargarepu iseckati na kolutove, a ostalo povrce na kockice.
3) Staviti povrce u serpu, preliti vodom (da prekrije povrce), dodati so, vegetu i biber, pa kuvati - dok ne omeksa.
4) Dodati pire od bundeve i jos jednom prokuvati.

Ingredients: 5 potatoes, 300g pumpkin, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 onion, 1 celery (leaves and root), 1 carrot, 1 parsley root, 1 tomato, 1 bell pepper, vegetable seasoning, salt, pepper.

Preparation:
1)  Peel pumpkin and cut into cubes; cook in salted water, and blend in food processor.
2) Cut carrot into rings, and other vegetables into cubes.
3) Place the vegetables in a saucepan, pour water (to cover the vegetables), add salt, vegetable seasoning and pepper, and cook - until tender.
4) Add the pumpkin puree and bring to boil again.

Corba od tikvica (Zucchini chowder)


Sastojci: 1 srednja tikvica, 2-3 glavice crnog luka, 1 sargarepa, 1 koren persuna, 1 paskanat, 1 celerov koren, 1 paprika babura, 500ml soka od paradajza, so, vegeta, secer, persunovo i celerovo lisce.

Priprema:
1) Oljustiti tikvicu i ukloniti seme, pa iseci na kockice. Luk, koren persuna, pastrnak, celerov koren i papriku iseckati na kockice, a sargarepu na krugove.
2) Na malo vode dinstati luk, pa dodati svo povrce, naliti sa malo vode (da prekrije povrce).
3) Dodati so, vegetu i malo secera, pa kuvati dok povrce ne omeksa.
4) Tada dodati tikvice i persunovo i celerovo lisce, naliti paradajz sokom i do kraja kuvati na umerenoj temperaturi.

Ingredients: 1 medium zucchini, 2-3 onions, 1 carrot, 1 parsley root, 1 parsnip, 1 celery root, 1 bell pepper, 500ml tomato juice, salt, vegetable seasoning, sugar, parsley and celery leaves.

Preparation:
1) Peel the zucchini and remove seeds; cut into cubes. Onions, parsley root, parsnip, celery root and peppers cut into cubes, and carrot in circles.
2) Saute onion in small amount of water, then add all the vegetables, pour with a little water (to cover the vegetables).
3) Add salt, vegetable seasoning and a little sugar, and cook until vegetables are tender.
4) Then add the zucchini and parsley and celery leaves, pour tomato juice and cook till the end on medium heat.

Pirinac corba (Rice chowder)


Sastojci: 1 glavica crnog luka, 100g pirinca, so, vegeta, biber, 1 kasika persunovog lista (iseckan), po zelji sirce.

Priprema:
1) Pirinac oprati i iscediti.
2) Luk ocistiti, iseci na kockice pa dinstati na malo vode i soli.
3) Dodati pirinac, vegetu i biber. Naliti vodom i kuvati - dok se pirinac ne skuva.
4) Pred kraj kuvanja dodati persunov list, i po zelji sirce.

Ingredients: 1 onion, 100g rice, salt, vegetable seasoning, pepper, 1 tablespoon parsley leaf (chopped), vinegar (if desired).

Preparation:
1) Wash rice and drain.
2) Clean onion, cut into cubes and saute in a little water and salt.
3) Add the rice, vegetable seasoning and pepper. Add the water and cook - until the rice is cooked.
4) At the end of cooking add the parsley, and vinegar to taste.

Slatki djevreci (Sweet bagels)


Sastojci: 14 kasika kiselog mleka (ili jogurta), 2 jaja, 7-8 kasika secera, 6 kasika ulja ili topljene masti, malo soli i sode bikarbone, brasno po potrebi (da se dobije srednje meko testo), ulje (mast) za przenje.

Priprema:
1) Umutiti kiselo mleko (jogurt) sa jajima.
2) Dodati secer, ulje (mast), so i sodu bikarbonu i brasno.
3) Razvuci oklagijom pa seci vecom casom a zatim manjom.
4) Staviti u serpu dosta ulja (masti) pa ih prziti dok ne porumene.
5) Posuti secerom.

Napomena: Prava temperatura ulja je ona u kojoj kockica belog hleba brzo dobije zlatno braon boju. Nemojte odjednom stavljati mnogo testa u ulje, jer ce se temperatura smanjiti (treba vise vremena da porumene - sto znaci da ce se napiti previse ulja). Kada su djevreci przeni, izvadite, ocedite i ostavite neko vreme na hartiji, koja je ce upiti visak ulja.


Ingredients: 14 tablespoons sour milk (or yogurt), 2 eggs, 7-8 tablespoons of sugar, 6 tablespoons oil or melted lard, salt and baking soda, flour as needed (to get a medium soft dough), oil (lard) for frying.

Preparation:
1) Whisk the sour milk (yogurt) and eggs.
2) Add sugar, oil (lard), salt, baking soda and flour.
3) Develop dough with rolling pin and cut with bigger glass first, then with smaller glass.
4) Put enough oil (lard) in a pan and fry them until golden brown.
5) Sprinkle with sugar.

Note: Real oil temperature is one in which small cube of white bread quickly gets a golden brown color. Do not suddenly put a lot of dough in oil, because the temperature will decrease (needs more time to get the golden color - which means that they will drink too much oil). When bagels are fried, remove, drain and leave them some time at the paper, which will absorb the excess oil.

Krompir u rerni (Potatoes in the oven)


Sastojci: 1 kg krompira, 200g pirinca, 1 kg crnog luka, so, vegeta, aleva paprika, 1 kasika brasna, ulje.

Priprema:
1) Luk ocistiti i iseci na trake, pa dinstati na ulju - da omeksa potpuno.
2) Skloniti sa sporeta, dodati so, vegetu, alevu papriku i brasno, promesati i ostaviti sa strane.
3) Pirinac oprati i ocediti. Krompir oljustiti i iseci na kolutove.
4) Pleh blago nauljiti, rasporediti pirinac ravnomerno, krompir poredjati preko pirinca, rasporediti luk preko krompira.
5) Naliti vodom - da prekrije krompir, pa peci u zagrejanoj rerni - dok se krompir ne ispece.

Ingredients: 1 kg potatoes, 200g of rice, 1 kg of onions, salt, vegetable seasoning, cayenne pepper, 1 tablespoon of flour, oil.

Preparation:
1) Peel onions and cut into strips; saute in oil - to soften completely.
2) Remove from stove, add salt,  vegetable seasoning, cayenne pepper and flour, stir and set aside.
3) Rinse and drain the rice. Peel potatoes and cut into circles.
4) Slightly oil baking tray, spread rice evenly, arrange the potatoes over rice, spread onions over potatoes.
5) Add the water - to cover the potatoes and bake in preheated oven - until potatoes are tender.

Sos od cvekle (Beetroot sauce)


Sastojci: 2 manje kuvane cvekle, 2 manja krompira, 2 cena belog luka, 1 lovorov list, malo kima, 1 kasicica senfa, sirce, so.

Priprema:
1) Krompir oljustiti i skuvati u slanoj vodi sa kimom i lovorovim listom. Ocediti. Sacuvati malo vode (supe).
2) Propasirati krompir i cveklu.
3) Izgnjeciti beli luk.
4) Dodati senf, beli luk, sirce i malo vode (supe), pa dobro izmesati.

Ingredients: 2 small cooked beetroot, 2 small potatoes, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 bay leaf, a little cumin, 1 teaspoon mustard, vinegar, salt.

Preparation:
1) Peel potatoes and cook in salted water with cumin and bay leaf. Drain. Save a little water (soup).
2) Blend beetroot and potatoes in food processor.
3) Squeeze garlic.
4) Add the mustard, garlic, vinegar and a little water (soup) and stir well.

Pasteta od pasulja (Bean pate)


Sastojci: 200g pasulja (moze iz konzerve), 2 kasike maslinovog ulja, 1 kasika soka od limuna, 1 kasika svezeg persunovog lista (sitno seckanog), 1/2 kasicice soli, 1/2 kasicice secera, malo bibera, 4 masline.

Priprema:
1. Pasulj oprati i potopiti u hladnu vodu i ostaviti da prenoci.
2. Sutradan ocediti, naliti novu vodu i skuvati.
3. Procediti i sacuvati vodu.
Napomena: ako koristite pasulj iz konzerve, samo ga ocediti i ostaviti sa strane.
4. Propasirati, pa dodati maslinovo ulje, sok od limuna, persun, so, secer i biber; i toliko supe u kojoj se kuvao pasulj da se dobije masa - gusta kao pasteta.
5. Podeliti na 4 tanjirica, ukrasiti maslinama i posluziti uz tost hleb.

Ingredients: 200g beans (can be canned), 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley leaf (finely chopped), 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, pinch of pepper, 4 olives.

Preparation:
1. Wash beans and soak in cold water; leave it overnight.
2. The next day, add new water and cook.
3. Drain, and leave the water (soup), aside.
Note: If using canned beans, just drain and leave it aside.
4. Blend in food processor, add olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, salt, sugar and pepper, and that much soup to get mass - dense as pate.

Krem od susama (Sesame cream)


Sastojci: 100g susama, 200ml vode, 1 manja glavica crnog luka (izrendan), 2 cena belog luka (izgnjecen), so, biber, 100ml maslinovog ulja.

Priprema:
1) Susam kratko proprziti na ulju, naliti vodom, posoliti i kuvati oko 20 minuta, na srednjoj temperaturi
2) Izmiksirati. Dodati crni luk i beli luk. Zaciniti biberom i dobro rashladiti pre serviranja.

Predlog: mozete napraviti Libijski krem od susama.

Ingredients: 100g sesame, 200ml water, 1 small onion (grated), 2 cloves of garlic (squeeze), salt, pepper, 100ml of olive oil

Preparation:
1) Fry sesame shorthly in oil, add water, salt and cook about 20 minutes, over medium temperature.
2) Blend in food processor. Add onion and garlic. Season with pepper and refrigerate well before serving.

Suggestion: you can make Libyan sesame cream.

Pasteta od povrca (Vegetable pate)


Sastojci: 1 celerov koren, 1 sargarepa, 1 babura paprika, 100g kukuruza secerca, 1 glavica crnog luka (izrendanog), 1 kasicica aleve paprike, 5 kasika soka od narandze, malo vinskog sirceta, so, biber, vegeta.

Priprema:
1. Celer, sargarepu, kukuruz i papriku skuvati u vodi zacinjenoj vegetom.
2. Ocediti izmiksirati ili propasirati.
3. Dodati sok od narandze, crni luk, sirce, alevu papriku, so, biber i dobro izmesati.

Napomena: sluziti uz pecen krompir, krompir kuvan u ljusci ili namazati na hleb.

Ingredients: 1 celery root, 1 carrot, 1 bell pepper, 100g sweet corn, 1 onion (grated), 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 5 tablespoons of orange juice, a little wine vinegar, salt, pepper, vegetable seasoning.

Preparation:
1. Cook celery, carrots, corn and pepper in water flavored with vegetable seasoning.
2. Drain and blend in food processor.
3. Add the orange juice, onion, vinegar, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper to taste and stir well.

Note: serve with baked potatoes, potatoes cooked in shell or spread on bread.

Corba od cvekle (Beetroots chowder)


Sastojci: 2 osrednje kuvane cvekle, 1 velika glavica crnog luka, 1 krompir, 1-2 cena belog luka (izgnjecenog), 1 lovorov list, malo cimeta, nekoliko kapi limunovog soka, so.

Priprema:
1) Cveklu i krompir oljustiti i iseci na kockice, a crni luk na tanke rezance.
2) Staviti u lonac, preliti vodom, dodati lovorov list i malo cimeta i beli luk, pa kuvati - dok povrce ne omeksa.
4) Zatim izvaditi lovorov list, a corbu izmiksirati ili propasirati.
5) Pre serviranja umesati limunov sok.

Ingredients: 2 medium cooked beetroots, 1 large onion, 1 potato, 1-2 cloves of garlic (squeezed), 1 bay leaf, bit of cinnamon, a few drops of lemon juice, salt.

Preparation:
1) Peel beetroots and potato and cut into cubes, and onion into thin strips.
2) Put in a pot, pour water, add bay leaf, cinnamon and garlic, and cook - until the veggies are tender.
4) Next, remove the bay leaf, and blend chowder in food processor.
5) Before serving stir in lemon juice.

Corba od koprive 2 (Nettle chowder 2)


Sastojci: 1 kg lisca i vrhova od kopriva, 1 glavica crnog luka, 2-3 cena belog luka (sitno seckanog), 3 kasike brasna, 100 ml sirceta (vinskog ili jabukovog), 1 kasika svezeg persunovog lista (sitno seckanog), vegeta, so.

Priprema:
1) Sitno iseckati crni luk.
2) Koprivu kratko spustiti u kipucu vodu - da bi omeksala. Sitno iseckati.
3) Crni luk i koprivu staviti u serpu, naliti sa 2 litre vode i pustiti da provri.
4) Brasno pomesati sa malo hladne vode, pa dodati corbi. Dodati so i vegetu po ukusu.
5) Ostaviti da provri, pa dodati sirce, persun i beli luk.

Sastojci: 2 sargarepe, 1 persunov koren, 1 manji koren celera, 1 velika glavica crnog luka, 3 cena belog luka, 2 struka praziluka, 1 mala glavica slatkog kupusa, nekoliko komada prokelja, 2 krompira, 1 lovorov list, malo kima, so, biber, vegeta.

Priprema:
1) Povrce oprati, ocistiti i iseci na kockice ili na kolutove.
2) Povrce staviti u serpu, preliti vodom - da prekrije povrce i prokuvati.
3) Dodati lovorov list i kim, zaciniti po ukusu i kuvati - dok svo povrce ne omeksa.

Napomena: ako zelite guscu corbu, krompir ispasirati.

Ingredients: 2 carrots, 1 parsley root, 1 small celery root, 1 large onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 waist leek, 1 small head of sweet cabbage, a few pieces of spruce, 2 potatoes, 1 bay leaf, a little cumin, salt , pepper, vegetable seasoning.

Corba od povrca (Vegetable chowder)


Sastojci: 1 krompir, 1 sargarepa, 1 glavica crnog luka, 1 paprika, 500ml soka od paradajza, 1 kasika svezeg persunovog lista (sitno seckan), vegeta.

Priprema:
1. Sitno iseckati krompir, sargarepu i papriku.
2. Povrce staviti u serpu, naliti sa malo vode i dinstati. Po potrebi, dolivati mlaku vodu.
3. Pred kraj, kad povrce omeksa doliti 2 L vode, ostaviti da provri, pa naliti sok od paradajza.
4. Kada provri skloniti sa vatre, zaciniti i dodati persunov list.

Ingredients: 1 potato, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 pepper, 500ml tomato juice, 1 tablespoon fresh parsley leaf (finely chopped), vegetable seasoning.

Preparation:
1. Finely chop potatoes, carrots and peppers.
2. Put the veggies in saucepan, pour with some water and cook. From time to time, gradually add warm water.
3. At the end, when the veggiess are tender, pour 2 liters of water, let it boil, then pour tomato juice.
4. When it boils remove from heat, season and add parsley.
