Vegan majonez (Vagan mayo)

Sastojci: 250ml maslinovog ulja, 125ml soja mleka (ne zasladjenog), 2 kasicice jabukovog sirceta, 1/2 kasicie soli. 

Priprema:
1) Staviti soja mleko, sirce i so u teglu i malo stapnim mikserom promesati.
2) Postepeno dodavati ulje i nastaviti sa stapnim mikserom da mutite.

Napomena: mleko i ulje moraju biti iste temperature, sobne. Ako je smesa previse gusta dodati malo sojinog mleka, a ako je previste retka dodati ulja.

3) Cuvati u frizideru.

Ingredients: 250ml olive oil, 125ml soy milk (not sweetened), 2 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1/2 tsp salt.

Preparation:
1) Put the soy milk, vinegar and salt in a jar and mix with a stick mixer.
2) Gradually add oil and continue with the stick mixer to blend.

Note: milk and oil must be at the same temperature, room temperature. If the mixture is too thick add some soy milk and if it is too watery add oil.


3) Store in the refrigerator.
