Pecurke punjene praizlukom (Mushrooms stuffed with leeks)

Sastojci: 18 pecuraka (vrganja), 1 praziluka, 30g margarina, 120g fete, 3/4 komoraca, 3/4 kasicice korijandera (u prahu), so.

Priprema:
1) Praziluk i komorac ocistiti i sitno iseckati. Sir izgnjeciti viljuskom.
2) U serpi, na tihoj vatri, istopiti margarin. Dodati praziluk i komorac i prziti 5 minuta uz povremeno mesanje.
3) Dodati korijander, posoliti po ukusu i promesati. Odvojiti 4 kasike sa strane. Ostatak pomesati sa sirom. 
4) Pecurke stavite u podmazan pleh i pecite u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180C 10 minuta. Napuniti filomi vratiti u rernu i peci jos oko 5 minuta.
5) Posluziti pecurke sa sosom koji ste ostavili sa strane.

Predlog 1: mozete napraviti Punjene pecurke.

Predlog 2: mozete napraviti Pecurke u lisnatom testu

Predlog 3: mozete napraviti Pecurke punjene parmezanom.

Ingredients: 18 mushrooms (porcini), 1 leek, 20g butter, 120g feta, 3/4 fennel,  3/4 teaspoon coriander (powder), so.

Preparation:
1) Leek and fennel clean and finely chop. Squeeze feta with fork.
2) in a saucepan, over low heat, melt margarine. Add leek and fennel and fry for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3) Add the coriander, salt to taste and stir. Separate 4 tbsp aside. Rest combine with cheese.
4) Put mushrooms in greased baking pan and bake in pre-heated oven at 180C for 10 minutes. Fill mushrooms and return in the oven and bake for about 5 minutes.

Suggestion 1: you can make Stuffed mushrooms.


Suggestion 2: you can make Mushrooms in puff pastry.

Suggestion 3: you can make Mushrooms stuffed with Parmesan.
