Caj od djumbira za jacanje imuniteta (Ginger tea to boost immunity)

Sastojci: 1/3 do 1/2 kasicice djumbira u prahu, sok od pola limuna, 250ml vrele vode i 2 kasicice meda.

Priprema:

1) Vodu staviti da prokuva.

2) U solju staviti djumbir u prahu, sok od limuna i med i promesati. 


3) Dok pijete mesati povremeno da se djumbir otopi.

Ingredients: 1/3 to 1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder, juice of half a lemon, 250ml of hot water and 2 teaspoons of honey.

Preparation:

1) Bring water to a boil.

2) Put ginger powder, lemon juice and honey in the mug and stir.

3) While drinking stir occasionally to melt the ginger.
