Domaci musli (Homemade muesli)

Sastojci: kinoa, 250g ovsenih pahuljica (i/ili psenicne i/ili razane), 2 kasike susama, miks semenki - 1 kasika semenki lana, 2 kasike semenkli bundeve, 2 kasike semenki suncokreta, 2 kasike cia semenki, 3 kasike kakao zrna, 250g seckanih orasastih plodova (orasi, indijski orasi, lesnici, bademi, pistaci), 250g seckanog suvog voca (suve kajsije, suve sljive, suve smokve), 5 urmi (bez kostica).

Priprema:

1) Skuvati kinou.

2) U serpicu sipati ovsene pahuljice i preliti sa vodom. Kad prokljuca kuvati 5 minuta. Ocediti. Ako necete da kuvate pahuljice, mozete da ih sameljete u blenderu u prah.

3) U tanjir staviti 3 kasike kuvane kinoe. Dodati 4-5 kasika ovsenih pahuljica, 2 kasike suvog voca, 1 kasiku miksa semenki, 1 kasiku orasastih plodova.

3) Preliti sa mlekom (vrucim ili hladnim), jogurtom ili grckim jogurtom. Promesati i ostaviti 2 sata.

Ingredients: quinoa, 250g of oat flakes (and/or wheat and/or rye), 2 tbsp of sesame seeds, mix of seeds - 1 tbsp of flax seeds, 2 tbsp of sunflower seeds, 2 tbsp of chia seeds, 3 tbsp of cocoa beans, 250g chopped nuts (walnuts, cashews, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios), 250g chopped dried fruits (dried apricots, prunes, dried figs), 5 dates (boneless).

Preparation:

1) Cook the quinoa.

2) Put oat flakes in saucepan and pour with water. When it boils cook 5 minutes. Drain. If you do not want to cook the flakes, you can grind them in powder in a blende.

3) Put 3 tablespoons of cooked quinoa in the plate. Add 4-5 tablespoons of oat flakes, 2 tablespoons of dried fruits, 1 tbsp of seed mixes, 1 tbsp of nuts.

3) Mix with milk (hot or cold), buttermilk or reek yogurt. Stir and leave for 2 hours.
