Frape od malina, spanaca i semenki lana (Raspberry, spinach and flaxseed smoothie)

Sastojci: 400g malina (smrznute), 250g svezeg spanaca, 125ml kokosovog mleka, 125ml kokosove vode, 1 kasicica semenki lana (u prahu), 1 kasicica vanila ekstrakta; kokosovo brasno (ljuspice).

Priprema:

1) Spanac oprati. 

2) U blender staviti spanac, kokosovo mleko i vodu i usitniti dok ne postane glatko.

3) Dodati maline, semenke lana i vanila ekstrakt i usitniti ponovo.

4) Sipati u casu i posuti sa kokosovim brasnom.

Ingredients: 400g raspberries (frozen), 250g fresh spinach, 125ml coconut milk, 125ml coconut water, 1 teaspoon flaxseed (powder), 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; coconut flour (flakes).

Preparation:

1) Wash the spinach.

2) Put spinach, coconut milk and water in a blender and chop until smooth.

3) Add raspberries, flax seeds and vanilla extract and chop again.

4) Pour into a glass and sprinkle with coconut flour.
