Snezni kolac (Snow cake)

Sastojci: 400g brasna, 4 jaja, 200ml ulja, 400ml mleka, 250g secera, 30g vanilina secera, 15g praska za pecivo, za fil - 1 L mleka, 4 kasike secera, 80g griza, 200g kokosa.

Priprema:

0) Odvojiti belanca od zumanaca. Pomesati brasno i prasak za pecivo.

1) U serpu staviti mleko i na srednjoj temperaturi (4) pustiti da prokljuca. Dodati secer i vanilin secer i mesati da se otopi. Dodati kasiku po kasiku griza mesajuci i kuvati dok se ne zgusne, oko 10 minuta. Dodati kokos i kuvati jos par minuta. Skloniti sa sporeta i ostaviti da se hladi povremeno mesajuci da se ne stvori korica.

2) Penasto umutiti belanca sa secerom i vanilin secerom. Dodavati jedno po jedno jaje muteci izmedju da se sjedini. Dodati ulje i mleko i promesati.

3) Postepeno dodavati mesavinu brasna i mesati. Dobro sjedniti.

4) U pleh staviti papir za pecenj. Sipati pola smese i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C 10 minuta. Preliti sa filom i staviti drugi deo smese. Peci jos 20 - 30 minuta.

Ingredients: 400g flour, 4 eggs, 200ml oil, 400ml milk, 250g sugar, 30g vanilla sugar, 15g baking powder, for filling - 1 L milk, 4 tbsp of sugar, 80g semolina, 200g coconut flakes.

Preparation:

0) Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Mix together flour and baking powder.

1) Put the milk in the pot and let it boil at medium temperature (4). Add sugar and vanilla sugar and stir to dissolve. Add spoon by spoon semolina and stir - cook until thickened, about 10 minutes. Add the coconut flakes and cook for a few more minutes. Remove from the stove and allow to cool occasionally stirring so the crust is not formed.

2) Whisk egg whites with sugar and vanilla sugar until foany. Add one egg at a time, stirring to combine. Add oil and milk and stir.

3) Gradually add flour mixture and stir. Sit well.

4) Put baking paper in the baking tray. Pour half of the mixture and bake in preheated oven for 180 C for 10 minutes. Pour over with the filling and place the second part of the mixture. Bake for another 20 - 30 minutes.
