Sastojci: 1/2 glavice kupusa, 400g pileceg mesa, 3 paradajza, 50g rukole, 2 kaĊĦike rendanog parmezana, za preliv - 100g kisele pavlake, 300g grckog jogurta, par kapi soka od limuna, 1 kasika maslinovog ulja.
Priprema:
1. Ocistiti paradajz i iseci na kocke. Kupus i rukolu iseci na trakice.
2. Obariti pilece meso. Iseci na kockice.
3. Pomesati kiselu pavlaku, grcki jogurt, sok od limuna i maslinovo ulje. Sve dobro sjediniti.
4. Pomesati kupus, rukolu, paradajz, piletinu sa mesavinom kisele pavlake i grckog jogurta.
Ingredients: 1/2 head of cabbage, 400g of chicken meat, 3 tomatoes, 50g of rocket salad, 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese, for dressing - 100g of sour cream, 300g of Greek yogurt, a few drops of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Preparation:
1. Clean the tomato and cut it into cubes. Cut the cabbage and arugula into strips.
2. Shred the chicken meat. Cut into cubes.
3. Mix sour cream, Greek yogurt, lemon juice and olive oil. Combine everything well.
4. Mix cabbage, rocket, tomato, chicken with a mixture of sour cream and Greek yogurt. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
