Krem od pudinga i cokolade (Pudding and chocolate cream)

Ako pravite krem od crne cokolade koristite puding od cokolade i cimet. Ako pravite krem od bele cokolade koristite puding od vanile i aromu ruma.

Sastojci: 500ml + 200ml mleka, 180g secera, 20g vanilin secera, 80g pudinga od cokolade ili 80g pudinga od vanile, 100g crne ili 100g bele cokolade, 100g margarina, 1 kasicica cimeta (u prahu) ili 1 kasicica arome ruma.

Priprema:

1. U serpu staviti 500ml mleka, secer i vanilin secer i pustiti da prokljuca povremeno mesajuci. Smanjiti na srednju temperaturu (4) i kuvati dok se secer ne istopi.

2. U ciniji pomesati puding i ostatak mleka i mesati dok se ne sjedini.

3. Dodati puding u serpu s mlekom i kuvati povremeno mesajuci nekoliko minuta.

4. Cokoladu izlomiti na kocke i dodati pudingu. Mesati da se otopi.

5. Margarin iseci na kocke i dodati pudingu. Mesati da se otopi.

If you make dark chocolate cream, use chocolate pudding and cinnamon. If you make white chocolate cream, use vanilla pudding and rum flavoring.

Ingredients: 500ml + 200ml milk, 180g sugar, 20g vanilla sugar, 80g chocolate pudding or 80g vanilla pudding, 100g dark or 100g white chocolate, 100g margarine, 1 teaspoon cinnamon (powder) or 1 teaspoon rum flavoring.

Preparation:

1. Put 500ml of milk, sugar and vanilla sugar in a saucepan and let it boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce to medium temperature (4) and cook until the sugar melts.

2. In a bowl, mix the pudding and the rest of the milk and stir until combined.

3. Add the pudding to a saucepan with milk and cook, stirring occasionally, for a few minutes.

4. Break the chocolate into cubes and add to the pudding. Stir to dissolve.

5. Cut the margarine into cubes and add to the pudding. Stir to dissolve.
