Nepecena keks torta s kiselom pavlakom (No bake biscuit cake with sour cream)

Sastojci: 80g pudinga u prahu, 700ml mleka, 6 kasika secera, 400ml kisele pavlake, 350g obicnog keksa (plazma, zlatni pek, ptiber).


Priprema:

1.Pomesati puding s secerom i 200ml mleka da nema grudvica.

2. U serpu sipati mleko i na srednju temperaturu (4) zagrejati. Dodati mesavinu pudinga, secera i mleka i kuvati mesajuci oko 10 minuta.


3. Ostaviti da se ohladi.

4. Didati kiselu pavlaku i promesati da se sjedini.

5. Dodati izlomljen keks i promesati.

6. Sipati u pleh i poravnati.

7. Ostaviti u frizider preko noci.


Ingredients: 80g of pudding powder, 700ml of milk, 6 tablespoons of sugar, 400ml of sour cream, 350g of regular biscuits (plasma, petit-beurre).


Preparation:

1. Mix the pudding with sugar and 200 ml of milk so that there are no lumps.

2. Pour milk into a saucepan and heat to medium temperature (4). Add the mixture of pudding, sugar and milk and cook stirring for about 10 minutes.

3. Leave to cool.

4. Add the sour cream and stir to combine.

5. Add the broken biscuits and mix to combine.

6. Pour into a tray and level.

7. Leave in the refrigerator overnight.
