Mleko za smanjenje upale - zlatno mleko (Lower inflammation milk - golden milk)

Sastojci: 200ml kokosovog mleka, 175ml običnog mleka (orah, bademovo, sojino mleko), 1 kašičica mlevene kurkume u prahu, ¼ kašičice cimeta u prahu, ¼ kašičice mlevenog đumbira u prahu, 1 kašičica ekstrakta vanile, 2 kašike meda ili agavinog sirupa ili javorovog sirupa, prstohvat crnog bibera.


Priprema:

1. Dodajte sve sastojke u šerpu i zagrejte na srednje niskoj vatri (3). Koristite štapni blender, muckalicu za mleko ili rucnu mutilicu i umutite da biste bili sigurni da su svi začini dobro spojeni.

2. Zagrejte dok ne postane toplo, a zatim ponovo dobro promešajte da bude lepo i penasto.


Napomena: probajte i prilagodite ukuse po želji.


3. Prebacite u šolje.

4. Začini će se slegnuti na dno šolje, tako da možete da ga promešajte kašikom ako želite ili možete da procedite kroz finu mrežastu cediljku da biste to izbegli.

5. Ostavite da se ohladi i držite u frižideru do 3 dana.


Ingredients: 200ml coconut milk, 175ml regular non dairy milk (walnut, almond, soy milk), 1 teaspoon ground turmeric powder, ¼ teaspoon cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon ground ginger, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup or maple syrup, pinch of black pepper.


Preparation:

1. Add all ingredients to a pot and heat over medium low (3) heat. Use a stick blender, milk frother or whisk really to ensure all of the spices are well combined. 

2. Heat until warm and steamy then mix really well again to get it nice and frothy. 


Note: taste and adjust flavours as desired.


3. Transfer to cups.

4. Spices will settle at the bottom of the cup, so you can stir it with a spoon if you like or you can strain it through a fine mesh strainer to avoid that.

5. Leave to cool and keep it in a fridge for up to 3 days.
