Vocne praline (Fruit pralines)

Sastojci: 200g + 150g čokolade (za kuvanje), 50g slatke pavlake, 1 kasicica ekstrakta ruma, 70-100g bobicastog voca (kupine, maline, jagode, brusnice-suve, aronije, borovnice).

Priprema:

1. 200g cokolade izlomite na komade i rastopite nad parom ili na niskoj temperaturi.

2. Četkicom namazite čokoladu po rupama silikonskog kalupa.


3. Kalup stavite u zamrzivač na 10 minuta da se stegne.

4. Ponoviti korake 2 i 3 jos dva puta.

5. Otopiti 150g cokolade nad parom. Dodati slatku pavlaku i rum i promesati da se sjedini.

6. Nadevom puniti rupe kalupa. Staviti jednu ili dve bobice voca. Doliti filom.

7. Stavite u zamrzivač da se stegne. 

8. Izvaditi praline iz kalupa. Poredjati na tacnu ili pleh oblozen papirom za pecenje. Cuvati u frizideru.


Ingredients: 200g + 150g of chocolate (for cooking), 50g of heavy cream, 1 teaspoon of rum extract, 70-100g of berries (blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, dried cranberries, chokeberries, blueberries).


Preparation:

1. Break 200g of chocolate into pieces and melt over steam or at a low temperature.

2. Brush the chocolate over the holes of the silicone mold.

3. Place the mold in the freezer for 10 minutes to harden.

4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 two more times.

5. Melt 150g of chocolate over steam. Add the heavy cream and rum and stir to combine.

6. Fill the holes of the mold with the filling. Put one or two fruit berries. Top with filling.

7. Place in the freezer to set.

8. Remove the pralines from the mould. Arrange on a tray or tray lined with baking paper. Store in the refrigerator.
