Sastojci: 1 kg mlevenog juneceg mesa, 1 kasicica pimenta, 1 kasicica cimeta, 1 kašičica bibera, 1 kašičica ljute aleve paprike, 1 kašičica slatke paprike, 1 kašičica kumina, 1 kašičica korijandera, 1 crni luk, 1 cen belog luka (izgnjecenog), 4 kasike lista persuna (svezeg, sitno seckanog).
Priprema:
1. Crni luk i beli luk oljustiti i iseckati. Crni luk staviti u vodu.
2. U junece mleveno meso dodati sve zacine i dobro izmesiti rukom. Dodati beli luk i list persuna i jos malo mesiti da se sjedini.
Sto duze mesite snicle ce biti ukusnije.
3. Procediti crni luk.
4. Crni luk dodati i mleveno meso i dobro sjediniti.
5. Rukama praviti loptice, pa ih dlanom spoljstite.
6. Peci pljeskavice na zagrejanom ulju.
