Cokoladni kuglof sa orasima (Chocolate kouglof with walnuts)

Sastojci: 3 jaja, 250g mekog brasna, 250g margarina, 150g secera, 20g vanilin secera, 300g mlevenih oraha, 1 kasicica praska za pecivo, 5 kasika mleka, 100g cokolade + 1 kasika margarina.

Priprema:

1) Mikserom penasto umutiti margarin, secer i vanilin secer. Dodati jaja i sjediniti.

2) Brasno pomesati sa praskom za pecivo.
3) U smesu od jaja naizmenicno i postepeno dodavati brasno i mleko mesajuci svaki put nakon dodavanja.

4) Dodati orahe i promesati.

5) Rastopiti cokoladu sa margarinom. Dodati prethodnoj smesi i dobro promesati.

6) Pleh za kuglof namazati margarinom i posuti brasnom.

7) Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C 50 do 60 minuta.

Ingredients: 3 eggs, 250g of soft flour, 250g of margarine, 150g of sugar, 20g of vanilla sugar, 300g of ground walnuts, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 5 tablespoons of milk, 100g of chocolate + 1 tablespoon of margarine.

Preparation:

1) Beat margarine, sugar and vanilla sugar with a mixer. Add eggs and combine.

2) Mix flour with baking powder.

3) Alternately and gradually add flour and milk to the egg mixture, mixing each time after addition.

4) Add walnuts and stir.

5) Melt the chocolate with margarine. Add to the previous mixture and mix well.

6) Grease the kuglof tray with margarine and sprinkle it with flour.

7) Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 50 to 60 minutes.
