Busiate makarone sa pestom od bosiljka (Busiate macaroni with basil pesto)

Sastojci: 500 g paradajza, 3 cena belog luka, 70 g oljuštenog badema, 70 g pekorino kackavalja, 15 listova svezeg bosiljka, 5 kasika maslinovog ulja, 400 g Busiate makarona.

Priprema:

0. Pripremiti Busiate makarone ili izvadite iz zamrzivaca da se odlede ranije.

1. Bademe staviti u ključalu vodu, pustiti trenutak da kljucaju. Procediti. Pritisnuti svaki badem izmedju prstiju da ispadne iz opne. 

2. Oljustiti paradajz. Ostaviti da se ohladi. Dobro odstranite njihovu vodu i semenke.

3. Sameljite bademe, beli luk i pekorino kackavalj izrezan na manje komade.

4. Dodajte paradajz i ulje I usitnite da se sjedini.

5. Na kraj Dodajte listice bosiljka I sameljite.

6. Skuvati busiata makarone, 5 do 7 minuta.

7. Posluziti busiata makarone sa sosom.

8. Ostatak sosa cuvati u frizideru do 5 dana.

Ingredients: 500 g of tomatoes, 3 cloves of garlic, 70 g of peeled almonds, 70 g of pecorino cheese, 15 leaves of fresh basil, 5 tablespoons of olive oil, 400 g Busiate macaroni.

Preparation:

0. Prepare Busiate macaroni or remove from the freezer to thaw earlier.

1. Put the almonds in boiling water, let them boil for a moment. Strain. Press each almond between your fingers so that it falls out of the membrane.

2. Peel the tomatoes. Leave to cool. Remove their water and seeds well.

3. Chop almonds, garlic and pecorino cheese cut into smaller pieces.

4. Add tomatoes and oil and chop to combine.

5. At the end, add basil leaves and chop.

6. Cook the busiata macaroni for 5 to 7 minutes.

7. Serve busiata macaroni with sauce.

8. Keep the rest of the sauce in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
