Sastojci: 120 ml kuvane turske kafe (ohladjene, procedjene - bez soca), kocke leda, 1 kasika obicnog sirupa (opcionalno), 1 kasika + 1 kasika karamel sirupa, 40 ml slatke pavlake, 2 - 3 kasike umucenog slaga.
Priprema:
1. U teglicu staviti kocke leda do pola.
2. Dodati karamel sirup u tankom mlazu po kockicama leda.
3. Sipati obican sirup.
4. Sipati tursku kafu.
5. Sipati slatku pavlaku.
6. Preko staviti slag.
7. Preliti drugom kasikom karamel sirupa u tankom mlazu.
Umesto turske kafe mozete koristiti crnu kafu koji vi pijete.
Ingredients: 120 ml of cooked Turkish coffee (chilled, strained - without used coffe grounds), ice cubes, 1 tablespoon of simple syrup (optional), 1 tablespoon + 1 tablespoon of caramel syrup, 40 ml of heavy cream, 2 - 3 tablespoons of whipped cream.
Preparation:
1. Place ice cubes to the half of the jar.
2. Add caramel syrup in a thin stream over the ice cubes.
3. Pour the simple syrup.
4. Pour Turkish coffee.
5. Pour the heavy cream.
6. Put slag on top.
7. Pour over another spoon of caramel syrup in a thin stream.
Instead of Turkish coffee, you can use the black coffee you drink.
