Domaca crna cokolada (Homemade dark chocolate)

Sastojci: 200g kakao putera, 140g kakaoa u prahu, 70g secera (ili 70g meda), 15ml ekstrakta vanile ili 60g secera + 30g vanilin secera.

Priprema:

1) Kakao puter iseci na kocke.

2) Na pari, na srednjoj temperaturi (4) otopiti kako puter povremeno mesajuci kasikom.

3) Dodati kakao u prahu i promesati da se sjedini.

4) Dodati secer i ekstrakt vanile ili vanilin secer. Mesati da se secer otopi i sve sjedini.

5) Sipati u modle i spatulom poravnati.

6) Ostaviti da se ohladi na sobnoj temeraturi.

7) Stavti u frizider na 1 sat.

8) Izvaditi cokoladice i cuvati u zatvorenoj kutiji. Ako se tesko vade iz modli mozete ih staviti u zamrzivac na 10 minuta.

Predlog: mozete napraviti Domacu cokoladu.

Ingredients: 200g of cocoa butter, 140g of cocoa powder, 70g of sugar (or 70g of honey), 15ml of vanilla extract or 60g of sugar + 30g of vanilla sugar.

Preparation:

1) Cut the cocoa butter into cubes.

2) In a steamer, at a medium temperature (4), melt cocoa butter, stirring occasionally with a spoon.

3) Add cocoa powder and stir to combine.

4) Add sugar and vanilla extract or vanilla sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves and everything is combined.

5) Pour into molds and level with a spatula.

6) Leave to cool at room temperature.

7) Put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

8) Remove the chocolate bars and store in a closed box. If they are difficult to remove, from the molds, you can put them in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Suggestion: you can make homemade chocolate.
