5 Prirodnih sokova za anemiju uz nizak krvni pritisak (5 natural juices for anemia with low blood pressure)

Sa fokusom na gvožđe, folate, vitamin C, minerale i blagu stimulaciju cirkulacije, a da pritom ne iritiraju želudac.

1. Sok od cvekle, šargarepe i jabuke

(klasičan i najefikasniji kod anemije i hipotenzije)

Sastojci: 100 g cvekle (sirova, oljuštena), 150 g  šargarepe, 150 g jabuke, 15 ml sokw od limuna, 100–150 ml vode.

Priprema:

1. Cveklu, šargarepu i jabuku dobro oprati; cveklu oljuštiti, jabuku očistiti od semenki.

2. Povrće i voće iseći na manje komade radi lakšeg blendanja.

3. Staviti cveklu, šargarepu i jabuku u blender.

4. Dodati sok od limuna i 100 ml vode.

5. Blendati dok se ne dobije ujednačen, gladak sok; po potrebi dodati još vode, 50 ml.

6. Po želji procediti kroz gusto sito ili gazu.

7. Piti odmah nakon pripreme, polako, u malim gutljajima.

Zašto pomaže?

- Cvekla: prirodni nitrati → bolja cirkulacija i oksigenacija

- Šargarepa: beta-karoten i podrška krvi

- Jabuka + limun: vitamin C → bolja apsorpcija gvožđa

Upotreba: 1 čaša (200–250 ml), ujutru ili pre podne

2. Sok od spanaća, pomorandže i jabuke

(za nizak hemoglobin i hronični umor)

Sastojci: 50 g svežeg spanaća, 200 g pomorandže (1 velika, oljuštena), 150 g jabuke, 100 ml vode.

Priprema:

1. Spanać pažljivo oprati u nekoliko voda i ocediti. Pomorandžu oljuštiti, odstraniti bele opne i semenke. Jabuku oprati i očistiti od semenki.

2. Spanać, pomorandžu i jabuku iseći na manje komade.

3. Staviti sve sastojke u blender. Dodati vodu. Blendati dok se ne dobije gladak, ujednačen sok.

4. Piti odmah nakon pripreme, polako, u malim gutljajima i ne na potpuno prazan stomak.

Upotreba: 1 cašu (200–250 ml) dnevno, najbolje pre podne. 

Zašto pomaže?

- Spanać: gvožđe + folna kiselina.

- Pomorandža: vitamin C (ključan za gvožđe).

- Blago podiže energiju bez naglog pada pritiska.

3. Sok od nara i cvekle

(posebno dobar kod vrtoglavice i slabosti)

Sastojci: 150 ml svežeg soka od nara, 80–100 g cvekle, 7 g meda (1 kašičica, po želji).

Priprema:

1. Cveklu dobro oprati, oljuštiti i iseći na manje komade.

2. Staviti cveklu u blender. Dodati svež sok od nara. Po želji dodati med. Blendati dok se ne dobije ujednačen, gladak sok.

3. Ako je sok pregust, može se dodati 1–2 kašike vode.

4. Po potrebi procediti.

5. Piti odmah nakon pripreme, polako, u malim gutljajima.

Zašto pomaže? 

- Nar: podstiče stvaranje crvenih krvnih zrnaca.

- Cvekla: poboljšava protok krvi.

- Med: brza energija kod niskog pritiska.

Upotreba: 3–4 puta nedeljno

4. Sok od koprive i jabuke

(jedan od najjačih prirodnih sokova protiv anemije)

Sastojci: 20–30 g mladih listova koprive, 200 g jabuke (1 velika), 15 ml soka od limuna, 150 ml vode

Priprema:

1. Listove koprive pažljivo oprati i potopiti u toplu (ne ključalu) vodu 1 minut, zatim ocediti.

2. Jabuku oprati i očistiti od semenki. Koprivu i jabuku iseći na manje komade.

3. Staviti koprivu i jabuku u blender. Dodati sok od limuna i vodu. Blendati dok se ne dobije gladak sok.

4. Po potrebi procediti.

5. Piti odmah nakon pripreme, polako, u malim gutljajima.

Upotreba: 1 čaša dnevno, do 14 dana u kontinuitetu.

Zašto pomaže?

- Kopriva: veoma bogata gvožđem, hlorofilom i vitaminom K.

- Podiže hemoglobin i blago stabilizuje pritisak.

Važno:

Ne piti više od 1 čaše dnevno, 10–14 dana u kontinuitetu

5. Sok od suvih smokava i suvog grožđa

(za iscrpljenost i hladne ruke/noge)

Sastojci: 3 kom suvih smokava (≈60 g), 15 g suvog grožđa, 250 ml vode.

Priprema:

1. Suve smokve i suvo grožđe kratko isprati pod mlazom vode.

2. Staviti suve smokve i suvo grožđe u posudu i preliti sa vodom.

3. Ostaviti da odstoji preko noći (8–12 sati).

4. Ujutru sve zajedno izblendati do ujednačene teksture.

5. Po potrebi procediti, u zavisnosti od željene gustine.

6. Piti ujutru, polako, u malim gutljajima.

Upotreba: 1 čaša ujutru, naročito kod jutarnje slabosti.

Zašto pomaže? 

- Prirodni šećeri + gvožđe + minerali.

- Odličan kod jutarnje slabosti i niskog pritiska.

Kako piti sokove kod anemije i niskog pritiska?

1. Uvek ujutru ili pre podne.

2. Ne na potpuno prazan stomak (pojesti par zalogaja).

3. Izbegavati kafu i crni čaj 1 sat nakon soka.

4. Kombinovati sa obrocima bogatim proteinima.

Važna napomena:

Ako je hemoglobin vrlo nizak, sokovi su podrška, ali ne zamena za terapiju gvožđem. Idealno je proveriti i feritin, vitamin B12 i folnu kiselinu.

1. Beet, carrot and apple juice

(classic and most effective in anemia and hypotension)

Ingredients: 100 g of beets (raw, peeled), 150 g of carrots, 150 g of apples, 15 ml of lemon juice, 100-150 ml of water.

Preparation:

1. Wash the beetroot, carrot and apple well; peel the beets, remove the seeds from the apple.

2. Cut vegetables and fruits into smaller pieces for easier blending.

3. Put the beetroot, carrot and apple in a blender.

4. Add lemon juice and 100 ml of water.

5. Blend until a uniform, smooth juice is obtained; if necessary, add more water, 50 ml.

6. If desired, strain through a thick sieve or cheesecloth.

7. Drink immediately after preparation, slowly, in small sips.

Why does it help?

- Beet: natural nitrates → better circulation and oxygenation

- Carrots: beta-carotene and blood support

- Apple + lemon: vitamin C → better absorption of iron

Using: 1 glass (200–250 ml), in the morning or before noon

2. Spinach, orange and apple juice

(for low hemoglobin and chronic fatigue)

Ingredients: 50 g fresh spinach, 200 g orange (1 large, peeled), 150 g apple, 100 ml water.

Preparation: 

1. Carefully wash the spinach in a few drops of water and drain. Peel the orange, remove the white membranes and seeds. Wash the apple and remove the seeds.

2. Cut the spinach, orange and apple into smaller pieces.

3. Put all the ingredients in a blender. Add water. Blend until you get a smooth, uniform juice.

4. Drink immediately after preparation, slowly, in small sips and not on the empty stomach.

Why does it help?

- Spinach: iron + folic acid.

- Orange: vitamin C (key for iron).

- Slightly raises energy without a sudden drop in pressure.

Usage: 1 glass (200–250 ml) daily, preferably in the morning.

3. Pomegranate and beetroot juice

(especially good for dizziness and weakness)

Ingredients: 150 ml of fresh pomegranate juice, 80–100 g of beets, 7 g of honey (1 teaspoon, if desired).

Preparation: 

1. Wash the beets well, peel them and cut them into small pieces.

2. Put the beets in a blender. Add fresh pomegranate juice. If desired, add honey. Blend until you get a uniform, smooth juice.

3. If the juice is too thick, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of water.

4. Strain if necessary.

5. Drink immediately after preparation, slowly, in small sips.

Why does it help?

- Pomegranate: stimulates the formation of red blood cells.

- Beetroot: improves blood flow.

- Honey: quick energy at low pressure.

Using: 3-4 times a week

4. Nettle and apple juice

(one of the strongest natural juices against anemia)

Ingredients: 20–30 g of young nettle leaves, 200 g of apple (1 large), 15 ml of lemon juice, 150 ml of water

Preparation:

1. Carefully wash the nettle leaves and soak them in warm (not boiling) water for 1 minute, then drain.

2. Wash the apple and remove the seeds. Cut the nettle and apple into smaller pieces.

3. Put nettle and apple in a blender. Add lemon juice and water. Blend until a smooth juice is obtained.

4. Strain if necessary.

5. Drink immediately after preparation, slowly, in small sips.

Using: 1 glass a day, up to 14 days continuously.

Why does it help?

- Nettles: very rich in iron, chlorophyll and vitamin K.

- Raises hemoglobin and slightly stabilizes pressure.

Important:

Do not drink more than 1 glass per day, for 10-14 days in a row

5. Juice of dried figs and raisins

(for exhaustion and cold hands/feet)

Ingredients: 3 pieces of dried figs (≈60 g), 15 g of raisins, 250 ml of water.

Preparation:

1. Rinse the dried figs and raisins briefly under running water.

2. Put dried figs and raisins in a bowl and cover with water.

3. Let it stand overnight (8–12 hours).

4. In the morning, blend everything together until a uniform texture.

5. If necessary, strain, depending on the desired thickness.

6. Drink in the morning, slowly, in small sips.

Using: 1 glass in the morning, especially with morning sickness.

Why does it help?

- Natural sugars + iron + minerals.

- Excellent for morning weakness and low blood pressure.

How to drink juices with anemia and low blood pressure?

1. Always in the morning or before noon.

2. Not on a completely empty stomach (eat a few bites).

3. Avoid coffee and tea 1 hour after the juice.

4. Combine with protein-rich meals.

Important note:

If the hemoglobin is very low, juices are a support, but not a substitute for iron therapy. It is ideal to check ferritin, vitamin B12 and folic acid.
