Sastojci (za 2–3 porcije): 250 g svežeg paradajza, 100 g belog sira (može kravlji ili biljni, mladi sir, stari beli sir punomasni) ili veganski feta sir *, 1–2 kašike maslinovog ulja, ½ kašičice limunovog soka ili jabukovog sirćeta, ½ čena belog luka (sitno iseckanog, po želji), prstohvat soli (0.4 g), prstohvat sveže mlevenog crnog bibera, sveže začinsko bilje po izboru sitno seckanog (list peršuna, list bosiljka, mirođija)
Priprema:
1. Paradajz operi i iseci na kriške ili kockice. Mozete oljustiti paradajz. Beli sir iseckaj na male kocke ili izmrvi.
2. U maloj činiji pomešaj maslinovo ulje, limunov sok, beli luk, so i biber da dobiješ kremasti preliv.
3. U ciniji pomešati paradajz i beli sir. Preliti sa pripremljenim prelivom.
4. Pospi svežim začinskim biljem po vrhu i nežno promešaj.
5. Ostaviti 15 minuta da se ukusi sjedine.
Napomena:
- Umesto belog luka, možeš dodati samo maslinovo ulje i limun ako želiš blaži ukus.
- Biljna pavlaka ili veganski krem sir (od indijskih oraha) mogu zameniti maslinovo ulje + limun za bogatiji, kremastiji preliv.
- Ako koristite veganski feta sir dodaj maslinovo ulje i svež bosiljak / origano — jako lepo ide uz veganski feta.
Ingredients (for 2–3 servings): 250 g of fresh tomatoes, 100 g of white cheese (can be cow's or plant-based, queso fresco cheese, old white cheese full-fat) or vegan feta cheese*, 1–2 tablespoons of olive oil, ½ teaspoon of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar, ½ clove of garlic (finely chopped, if desired), pinch of salt (0.4 g), pinch of freshly ground black pepper, fresh herbs of your choice, finely chopped (parsley leaf, basil leaf, dill)
Preparation:
1. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into slices or cubes. You can peel tomatoes. Cut the white cheese into small cubes or crumble it.
2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper to get a creamy dressing.
3. Mix tomatoes and white cheese in a bowl. Pour over the prepared dressing.
4. Sprinkle fresh herbs on top and stir gently.
5. Leave for 15 minutes for the flavors to combine.
Note:
- Instead of garlic, you can add only olive oil and lemon if you want a milder taste.
- Plant-based cream or vegan cream cheese (from cashews) can replace olive oil + lemon for a richer, creamier dressing.
- If you are using vegan feta cheese, add olive oil and fresh basil / oregano — it goes very well with vegan feta.
