Sastojci: 250m + 125ml mleka, 30g margarina, malo soli, 20g vanilin secera, kasicica limunovog soka, 140g griza, 1 kasika ulja, 1 jaje, malo soli, ulje. 300g jagoda (ili zamrznutih), 2 kasike secera, 100ml vode, slag.
Priprema:
1) U serpu, staviti mleko, margarin, 10g vanilin secera, limunov sok i stavite da provri. Dodati griz i uz stalno mesanje kuvati 2 minuta.
2) Blago podmazite pleh, sipajte griz i ostaviti da se ohladi.
3) Odvojiti belance od zumanca, a od ulja, soli, mleka, zumanca i brasna napraviti gusto testo. Belance pomesati sa 10g vanilin secera i ulupati. Pomesati sa prethodnom smesom.
4) Modlama vaditi loptice, umociti u testo i przite na vrelom ulju dok porumene, oko 3 minuta.
5) Za sos - ispasirajte jagode. Staviti vodu da prokuva sa secerom, dodati jagode i kuvati par minuta.
6) Krofne sluziti uz sos od jagoda i slagom.
Ingredients: 250 + 125ml milk, 30g butter, salt, 20g vanilla sugar, one tablespoon lemon juice, 140g semolina, 1 tablespoon oil, 1 egg, pinch of salt, oil. 300g strawberries (or frozen), 2 tablespoons sugar, 100ml water, whipped cream.
Preparation:
1) In a saucepan, place milk, margarine, 10g vanilla sugar, lemon juice and put to boil. Add the semolina and cook with constantly stirring for 2 minutes.
2) Slightly grease baking sheet, pour the semolina and leave to cool.
3) Separate egg white from egg yolk. Mix oil, salt, milk, egg yolk and flour to make a thick dough. Mix egg whites with 10g vanilla sugar and whip. Mix with the previous mixture.
4) Remove balls with cookie cutter, dip into the dough and fry in hot oil until golden brown, about 3 minutes.
5) For the sauce - Mash strawberries with fork. Put water to boil with sugar, add the strawberries and cook a few minutes.
6) Serve dounuts with strawberry sauce and whipped cream.
