Sastojci: 500g brasna, 250g margarina (putera), 100g secera, 20g vanilin secera, 10g praska za pecivo, narendana kora od jednog limuna, prstohvat soli, 2 kasice rogaca (ili kakaoa) ili 1 kasicica cimeta ili 150g mlevenih oraha ili 150g mlevenih lesnika ili 150g mlevenih badema, za ukrasavanje - glazura od cokolade, bela glazura.
Priprema:
1) Pomesati brasno sa praskom za pecivo i solju.
Napomena: u brasno mozete dodati rogac (ili kakao) ili cimet.
Napomena 2: ako dodajete mlevene orahe ili mlevene lesnike ili mlevene bademe, dodati ih na kraju kad umesite testo. A zatim izjednaciti smesu.
2) Penasto umutiti margarin sa secerom i vanilin secerom. Dodati mesavinu brasna i zamesiti testo. Uviti u foliju i ostaviti u frizideru 1 sat.
Napomena 3: ako je testo lepljivo dodati jos malo brasna, a ako se mrvi dodati malo jogurta.
3) Razviti testo na debljinu od 0.5 - 0.8 mm, seci kolacice nozem i modlama.
4) Pleh podmazati margarinom ili staviti papir za pecenje, poredjati kekse i peci u zagrejanoj rerni na 180C oko 10 do 15 minuta. Ostaviti da se ohlade pa ih ukrasiti.
Ingredients: 500g flour, 250g margarine (butter), 100g sugar, 20g vanilla sugar, 10g baking powder, grated rind of one lemon, a pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons carob (or cocoa) or 1 teaspoon cinnamon or 150g ground walnuts or 150g ground toasted hazelnuts or 150g ground toasted almonds, for decoration - chocolate glaze, white glaze.
Preparation:
1) Mix flour with baking powder and salt.
Note: you can add in flour carob (or cocoa) or cinnamon.
Note 2: if you adding ground walnuts or ground hazelnuts or ground almonds, add them at the end when you knead the dough. And combine well.
2) Whisk butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. Add flour mixture and knead the the dough. Wrap in foil and leave in the fridge for 1 hour.
Note 3: if the dough is sticky add a little more flour, if it is crumbly add a little buttermilk
3) Develop the dough to a thickness of 0.5 - 0.8 mm, cut cookies with knife or cookie cutter.
4) Grease the baking pan with margarine or place baking paper, align cookies and bake in preheated oven at 180 C for about 10 to 15 minutes. Leave to cool and decorate them.
