Banana hleb sa kokosom i suvim vocem (Banana bread with coconut and dried fruits)

Sastojci: 300g brasna, 150g kokosovog brasna, 3 jaja, 200g secera, 6 banana, 350ml jogurta, 200ml ulja, 10g praska za pecivo, prstohvat soli, 100g seckanih badema (opcionalno), 150g suvog voca - 30g suvog grozdja, 30g suvih smokava, 30g suvih kajsija, 30g suvih sljiva, 30g suvih brusnica.

Priprema:
1) Suve smokve, kajsije i sljive iseckati. Pomesati brasno, kokosovo brasno, prasak za pecivo i so. Banane izgnjeciti.
2) Umutiti jaja sa secerom rucnim mikserom. Dodati jogurt i ulje i promesati kasikom. Dodati mesavinu brasna i izmesati kasikom. Dodati banane i suvo voce. 

Napomena: ako je pregusto dodati jos malo jogurta. 

3) U kalup za hleb staviti papir za pecenje, sipati smesu, posuti bademima i peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C oko 60-80 minuta. Ostaviti da se ohladi pa izvaditi iz pleha.

Ingredients: 300g flour, 150g coconut flour, 3 eggs, 200g sugar, 6 bananas, 350ml buttermilk, 200ml oil, 10g baking powder, a pinch of salt, 100g chopped almonds (optional), 150g dried fruits - 30g raisins, 30g dried figs , 30g dried apricots, 30g prunes, 30g dried cranberries.

Preparation:
1) Cut figs, apricots and prunes. Mix flour, coconut flour, baking powder and salt. Mash bananas.
2) Whisk eggs with sugar with a hand mixer. Add buttermlk and oil and stir with a spoon. Add flour mixture and mix with a spoon. Add bananas and dried fruits.

Note: if it's too thick, add some more buttermilk.

3) Put the baking paper in the bread pan, pour the mixture, sprinkle with almonds and bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for about 60-80 minutes. Allow to cool and remove from the baking pan.
