Sastojci: 500g listanog testa 1, 2 patlidzana, 2 cena belog luka, 1/2 stapa praziluka, 2 sargarepe, 2 kasike lista persuna (si tno seckanog), 50g margarina, 1/2 kasicice mediteranskog zacina.
Priprema:
1) Pripremiti patlidzan (ako pecete u rerni). Beli luk oljustiti i sitno iseckati. Sargarepu i praziluk oprati, oljustiti. Sargarepu izrendati a praziluk sitno iseckati.
2) Kada se patlidzan ohladi izvaditi semenke ako ima previse.
3) U tiganju na malo ulja, na srednje niskoj temperaturi (3) proprziti beli luk dok ne pusti miris. Dodati praziluk i sargarepu i kratko proprziti. Povremeno dodavati vodu i dinstati, oko 15 minuta.
4) Dodati patlidzan i mediteranski zacin i kuvati jos desetak minuta. Dodati persunov list i kuvati jos 3 minuta. Ostaviti da se malo ohladi.
5) Razviti lisnato testo na debljinu oko 0.5 do 0.8cm i iseci na pravougaonike. Na svaki, na pocetak, staviti malo fila i zarolati.
6) Poredjati u pleh oblozen papirom za pecenje ili ga premazati margarinom i malo posuti brasnom.
6) Rolnice premazati otopljenim margarinom.
7) Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200C dok ne porumene.
Ingredients: 500g puff pastry 1, 2 eggplants, 2 garlic cloves, 1/2 stick leek, 2 carrots, 2 tablespoons parsley leaf (finely chopped), 50g margarine, 1/2 teaspoon mediterranean spice.
Preparation:
1) Prepare eggplant (if baking in the oven). Peel garlic cloves and finely chop it. Wash and peel the carrots and leeks. Grate the carrots and finely chop the leeks.
2) When the eggplant has cooled, remove the seeds if there are too many.
3) In a frying pan with a little oil, fry the garlic at a medium low temperature (3) until it releases the smell. Add leeks and carrots and fry briefly. Occasionally add water and simmer, about 15 minutes.
4) Add eggplants and mediterranean spice and cook for another ten minutes. Add parsley leaf and cook for another 3 minutes. Allow to cool slightly.
5) Roll out the puff pastry to a thickness of about 0.5 to 0.8cm and cut into rectangles. On each, at the beginning, put a little filling and roll.
6) Arrange in a baking tray lined with baking paper or coat it with margarine and sprinkle a little flour.
6) Coat the rolls with melted margarine.
7) Bake in a preheated oven at 200C until golden brown.
