Za povisen holesterol
Sastojci: 1 glavica kelja, 1 brokoli, 2 kriske lubenice.
Priprema:
1) Kelj i brokoli oprati i iscepkati namanje komade. Lubenicu iseckati na kocke.
2) U sokovniku iscediti sok.
Predlog: mozete napraviti takodje za visok holesterol Sok od celera, spanaca i sargarepe i Sok od bobicastog voca i lubenice.
Napomena: sve sveze sokove koje napravite moraju se popiti u toku dana.
For high cholesterol
Ingredients: 1 head kale, 1 broccoli, 2 slices of watermelon.
Preparation:
1) Kale and broccoli wash and cut in pieces. Watermelon cut into cubes.
2) In a juicer squeeze juice.
Suggestion: you can make also for high cholesterol, Celery, spinach and carrots juice and Berries and watermelon juice.
Note: all fresh juices you make must be drink during the day.
