Sastojci: 250g blitve, 3 jaja, 60g speltinog brasna, 150ml mleka, 1 kasicica belog luka u prahu, 10g praska za pecivo, malo soli.
Priprema:
1. Blitvu oprati i sitno iseckati. Jaja umutiti viljuskom. Pomesati spelta brasno, prasak za pecivo, so i beli luk.
2. Dodati jaja, blitvu i sve dobro sjediniti.
3. U tiganju na malo ulja kutlacom sipati smesu i peci po 2 do 3 minuta sa svake strane.
Ingredients: 250g Swiss chard, 3 eggs, 60g spelt flour
150ml of milk, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 10g of baking powder, a little salt.
Preparation:
1. Wash the Swiss chard and chop it finely. Beat the eggs with a fork. Mix spelt flour, baking powder, salt and garlic.
2. Add eggs, Swiss chard and mix everything well.
3. Pour the mixture into a pan with a little oil with a ladle and fry for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
