Bulgur cokoladne stanglice (Bulgur chocolate bars)

Sastojci: 100g granole, 150g ovsenih pahuljica, 250g suvih brusnica, 50g kokosovog brašna, 150g bulgura, 60g semenki bundeve, 60g semenki suncokreta, 250g meda, 1 kašičica ekstrakta vanile, 400g cokolade.


Uputstva:

1. Pomesati granolu, ovsene pahuljice, suve brusnice, kokosovo brasno, bulgur i semenke bundeve i suncokreta.

2. U šerpu stavite med i vanila ekstrakt i stavite da provri na srednjoj vatri. Kuvajte često mešajući 5 minuta.


3. Vruc i med brzo umešajte u suve sastojke dok se dobro ne izmeša i sjedini.

4. Otopite čokoladu na šporetu na veoma niskoj temperaturi.

5. Pleh obložiti papirom za pečenje. Pritisnite mešavinu granole na papir koristeći dno čiste šolje da biste je zaista čvrsto spakovali.

6. Stavite u frižider na 30 minuta da se ohladi i stegne.

7. Isecite na željene oblike.


Ingredients: 100g granola, 150g oats flakes, 250g dried cranberries, 50g coconut flour, 150g bulgur, 60g pumpkin seeds, 60g  sunflower seeds, 250g honey, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 400g chocolate.


Instructions:

1. Combine cereal, oats, cranberries, coconut flakes, bulgur and pumpkin and sunflower seeds.

2. In a saucepan put honey and vanilla and bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook stirring frequently for 5 minutes.

3. Quickly stir hot honey into dry ingredients until mixed well.

4. Melt chocolate on the stove on a very low setting.

5. Line the baking sheet with baking paper. Press the granola mixture on the paper using the bottom of a clean cup to really pack it tightly.

6. Set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to cool and harden.

7. Cut into desired shapes.
