Cokoladni kolac s keksom (Chocolate cake with biscuit)

Sastojci: 200g margarina, 200g + 100g čokolade za kuvanje, 100g brašna, 60g kakaoa, 3 jaja, 200g šećera, 1 kašičica ekstrakta vanile, 90g keksa (ptiber, zlatni pek, plazma, bevita).


Priprema:

0. Izlomiti keks i 100g cokolade na manje delove.

1. Otopiti 200g čokolade i margarin na srednje niskoj temperaturi (3). Ostaviti da se hladi.


2. Dobro umutiti jaja sa šećerom, zatim dodati mesavinu čokolade i margarina, ekstrakt vanile i brašno pomešano sa kakaom. Dobro sjediniti.

3. Pleh za pečenje 20cm obložiti papirom za pečenje. Rernu zagrejati na 180 C.

4. Sipati smesu u pleh i peci 25 do 30 minuta.


Predlog: mozete napraviti Cokoladni kolac od ovsenih pahuljica ili Cokoladni kolac s kokosom ili Cokoladni kolac bez jaja.


Ingredients: 200g margarine, 200g + 100g cooking chocolate, 100g flour, 60g cocoa, 3 eggs, 200g sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 90g biscuits (ptiber, golden pek, plazna, bevita).


Preparation:

0. Break the biscuit and 100g of chocolate into smaller pieces.

1. Melt 200g of chocolate and margarine at a medium-low temperature (3). Leave to cool.

2. Beat the eggs and sugar well, then add the mixture of chocolate and margarine, vanilla extract and flour mixed with cocoa. Combine well.

3. Line a 20cm baking tray with baking paper. Heat the oven to 180 C.

4. Pour the mixture into the baking tray and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.


Suggestion: you can make Chocolate oatmeal cake or Chocolate cake with coconut flakes or Chocolate cake without eggs.
