Cokoladne kore za tortu (Chocolate crusts for cake)

Sastojci: 6 jaja, 4 kašike šećera, 20g vanilin secera, 6 kašika brašna, 6 kašika vode, 6 kašika ulja, 2 kašike rogaca u prahu, 10g praška za pecivo.

Priprema:

1. Pazljivo odvojiti zumanca od belanaca.

2. Umutiti penasto 3 belanca sa 2 kasike secera i 10g vanilin secera.
3. Dodati jedno po jedno zumance konstantno muteci mikserom.

4. Dodati 3 kasike brasna pomesano sa 5g praska za peciva, 3 kasike ulja, 3 kasike vode i 1 kasiku rogaca u prahu i sve sjediniti.

5. Pleh obloziti papirom za pecenje. Sipati smesu i poravnati. Lupiti plehom od sto dva do tri puta da izadje vazduh.

6. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C oko 15 minuta.

7. Isti postupak ponoviti i sa ostalim sastojcima za drugu koru.

Ingredients: 6 eggs, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 20g of vanilla sugar, 6 tablespoons of flour, 6 tablespoons of water, 6 tablespoons of oil, 2 tablespoons of carob powder, 10g of baking powder.

Preparation:

1. Carefully separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.

2. Beat 3 egg whites with 2 tablespoons of sugar and 10g of vanilla sugar until foamy.

3. Add egg yolks one by one, constantly mixing with a mixer.

4. Add 3 tablespoons of flour mixed with 5g of baking powder, 3 tablespoons of oil, 3 tablespoons of water and 1 tablespoon of carob powder and combine everything.

5. Cover the baking pan with baking paper. Pour the mixture and level it with a spoon. Hit the baking pan two to three times to release the air.

6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for about 15 minutes.

7. Repeat the same procedure with the rest of the ingredients for the second crust.
