Cokoladni sladoled s jajima i slatkom pavlakom (Chocolate ice cream with eggs and heavy cream)


Sastojci: 3 žumanceta, 150g šećera, 250ml mleka, 15g kakaoa u prahu, 50g čokolade, 500ml slatke pavlake, 1/4 kašičice soli, 1 kašičica ekstrakta ruma.

Priprema:

1. Pomešati šećer, mleko, so i kakao u prahu i zagrejati u serpi na umerenoj vatri (4) konstantno mešajući, dok ne počne da kljuca

2. U činiju stavite žumanca i blago umutite. Dodati 125ml tople smese u žumanca i promešati. Dodati ostatak tople smese i sjediniti.
3. Ponovo zagrejati dok se ne zgusne, ali ne sme da provri.

4. Sklonite sa vatre, dodati iseckanu čokoladu i mesati dok se ne otopi.

5. Ostaviti da se malo ohladi.

6. Dodati rum i slatku pavlaku i promesati.

7. Smesu sipati u hladnu činiju i staviti u frižider dok se potpuno ne ohladi.

8. Cuvati u zamrzivacu.

Ingredients: 3 egg yolks, 150g of sugar, 250ml of milk, 15g of cocoa powder, 50g of chocolate, 500ml of heavy cream, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of rum extract.

Preparation:

1. Mix sugar, milk, salt and cocoa powder and heat in a saucepan over medium heat (4), stirring constantly, until it starts to boil.

2. Put the egg yolk in a bowl and beat it slightly. Add 125ml of the warm mixture to the egg yolks and mix. Add the rest of the warm mixture and combine.

3. Heat again until it thickens, but it must not boil. 4. Remove from heat, add chopped chocolate and stir until it melts.

5. Let it cool a little.

6. Add rum and heavy cream and stir.

7. Pour the mixture into a cold bowl and put it in the fridge until it cools down completely.

8. Store in the freezer.
