Kokos krem (Coconut cream)

Sastojci: 800ml punomasnog kokosovog mleka (ohlađeno preko noći u frizideru), 2½ kašike agava sirupa ili meda, 1 kašika ekstrakta vanile.

Priprema:

1. Zahvatite kašikom čvrsti deo kokos kajmaka koji se nakupio na povrsini konzerve i stavite ga u činiju.

Uverite se da se čvrst kajmak odvojio od kokosove vode u konzervi jer ako se pomeša, kokosov krem se neće umutiti.

2. Mutite mikserom na velikoj brzini dok ne počne da se zgušnjava i da se formiraju vrhovi.
 
Nemojte previše mutiti ili će krem previše omekšati.

3. Dodati agavin sirup ili med i vanila ekstrakt i mešatii dok se ne sjedine.

4. Ohladiti kokosov krem u frižideru.

Ingredients: 800ml full-fat coconut milk (refrigerated overnight),

2½ tablespoons agave syrup or honey, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract.

Preparation:

1. Scoop with a spoon the coconut solids that have risen to the top of the can, and place it into a bowl.

Make sure the solids have separated from the coconut water in the can - if it mixes, your coconut cream will not whip.

2. Beat with a mixer on high speed until it begins to thicken and peaks form.

Don't over mix or your cream will soften too much.

3. Add the agave syrup or honey and vanilla and mix until combined.

4. Chill the coconut cream in the fridge.
