Kako ocistiti i pripremiti karfiol? (How to clean and prepare cauliflower?)


Karfiol se priprema na isti nacin kao i brokoli.

Za jednu glavicu karfiola

Vreme čišćenja: 25 minuta.

Vreme potapanja: 30 minuta.


Kako ocistiti karfiol?

Sastojci: 1 glavica karfiola.

Priprema:

1. Rukama skinuti listove karfiola.

2. Nozem, kod korena karfiola zaseci i rukama odlomiti vece cvetove karfiola.

Cvetovi blize korenu karfiola su cvrsci. Cvetove dalje od korena mozete i rukom odlomiti.

3. Ukloniti nozem crne ili braon necistoce.

4. Rukama ili nozem odvojiti vece cvetove na manje, ako je potrebno, zavisno od toga za sta vam treba karfiol.


Kako pripremiti karfiol?

Sastojci: ocisceni cvetovi karfiola, 1 kasicica soli.

Priprema:

1. U serpu ili veću posudu poredjati jedan red karfiola. Posoliti sa otprilike pola kasicice soli.

2. Preko poredjati jos jedan red karfiola. Opet posoliti istom kolicinom.

3. Staviti tacnu ili manji tanjir (dno tanjira da bude gore) preko karfiola.

4. Odozgo staviti drugi tanjir. A na tanjir staviti manju tezinu, solju vode ili flasicu vode.

5. Ostaviti da stoji 10 minuta.

6. Skloniti teg i tanjire i promesati kasikom.

7. Vratiti sve na karfiol i ostaviti jos 10 minuta.

8. Ponoviti postupak mešanja i ostaviti jos 10 minuta.

Znaci u roku od 30 minuta, mesate dva puta na 10 minuta.

9. Skloniti teg i tanjire. Oprati pod mlazom tekuce vode da isperete so.

Karfiol je spreman za dalju upotrebu.


Kako skuvati cvetove karfiola?

Sastojci: cvetovi karfiola, posuda sa hladnom vodom.

Priprema:

4. Rupicastom kasikom izvaditi cvetove karfiola i dobro ocediti.

5. Obrisati cistom kuhinjskom krpom da uklonite svu vlagu ako planirate da zamrzavate karfiol.

How to clean cauliflower?

Ingredients: 1 head of cauliflower.

Preparation:

How to prepare cauliflower?

How to cook cauliflower florets?

Ingredients: cleaned and prepared cauliflower flowers - florets, a bowl of cold water.

Preparation:

1. Pour water into the saucepan and let it boil at a high temperature (6).

2. Reduce heat to medium (4) and put the flowers and cook for 3 to 10 minutes, depending on the size.

Cook flowers of approximately the same size.

For smaller cauliflower flowers: 3-5 minutes.

For medium-sized cauliflower flowers: 5-7 minutes.

For larger cauliflower flowers, 7-10 minutes. Maybe a few minutes more, depending on the size.

Make sure the flowers don't fall apart or become mushy.

3. Remove the cauliflower flowers with a slotted spoon and immediately immerse them in cold water to stop the cooking process.
