Medena torta (Honey cake)


Sastojci: 100g meda, 200g secera, 1 kasika ulja (masti), 100ml mleka, 1 kasicica sode bikarbone, 2-3g cimeta, 500g brasna, 3 jaja, 100-150g seckanih oraha.

Priprema:
1) Rastopiti med sa secerom, dodati ulje i mleko.
2) Kad provri skinuti sa vatre, dodati sodu bikarbonu, cimet i brasno.
3) Sve dobro izmesati i ostaviti da se hladi.

4) Za to vreme umutiti jaja, pa dodati ranije pripremljenoj i ohladjenoj masi.
5) Dodati orahe i promesati.
6) Peci na jacoj vatri (ali paziti da ne izgori).
7) Seci kad je torta potpuno hladna.


Ingredients: 100g honey, 200g sugar, 1 tablespoon of oil (lard), 100ml of milk, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 2-3g of cinnamon, 500g flour, 3 eggs, 100-150g chopped walnuts.

Preparation:
1) Melt honey with sugar, add oil and milk.
2) When it boils remove from heat, add baking soda, cinnamon and flour.
3) Mix well and leave to cool.
4) During this time, whisk eggs, then add to the previously prepared and chilled mass.
5) Add the walnuts and stir.
6) Bake on high heat (but be careful not to overbake).
7) Cut when the cake is completely cool.
