Nepecene rogac stanglice sa suvim vocem i orasastim plodovima (No baking carob bars with dried fruits and nuts)

Sastojci: 4 kasike rogaca, 500g suvog voca (suve kajsije, suve sljive, suve smokve, suve brusnice i urme), 300g orasastih plodova (badem, orasi, lesnici, indijski orah, pistaci, 1 kasika soka od pomorandze, rendana kora jedne pomorandze, 2 kasike kakao zrna, 2 kasike kokosovog ulja (otopljenog).

Priprema:

1) Suvo voce i orassaste plodove iseckati.

2) Suvo voce preliti vrucom vodom i ostaviti 15 minuta. Ocediti.

3) U blender staviti 125g orasastih plodova i usitiniti oko 2 minuta.

4) Dodati suvo voce i blendirati jos 3 minuta.

5) Dodati rogac i kokosovo ulje i blendirati jos 3 minuta.

6) Staviti u ciniju dodati koru pomorandze, sok od pomorandze i 100g orasastih plodova i promesati kasikom.

7) U pleh ili na posluzavnik staviti papir za pecenje i rasporediti masu ravnomerno. Posuti zrnima kakaoa i ostatkom orasastih plodova.

8) Staviti u frizider 3 sata. Iseci na stanglice. Uviti svaku stanglicu u papir za pecenje. Cuvati u frizideru.

Ingredients: 4 tbsp of carob, 500g of dried fruits (dried apricots, prunes, dried figs, dried cranberries and dates), 300g of nuts (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, cashews, pistachios, 1 tbsp of orange juice, grated peel of one orange, 2 tablespoons of cocoa beans, 2 tablespoons of coconut oil (dissolved).

Preparation:

1) Cut the dried fruits and nuts.

2) Pour hot water over dried fruits and leave for 15 minutes. Drain.

3) Put 125g of nuts in a blender and chop for about 2 minutes.

4) Add the dried fruits and blend for another 3 minutes.

5) Add the carob and coconut oil and blend for another 3 minutes.

6) Add the orange peel, orange juice and 100g of nuts to the bowl and stir with a spoon.

7) Put baking paper in a baking tray or plastic tray and distribute the mass evenly. Sprinkle with cocoa beans and the rest of the nuts.

8) Put in the fridge for 3 hours. Cut into bars. Wrap each bar in baking paper. Store in the refrigerator.
