Rucak.
Sastojci: 150g pilecih prsa +1 kasicica sok od limuna + 1 kasicica maslinovog ulja + 1 kasicica jabukovog sirceta + 1/4 kasicice belog luka u prahu + 1/4 kasicice suvog origana + 1 1/2 kasike grckog jogurta, 125g kukuruza (u zrnu), pola krastavca, 1 paradajz, za sos - 100g grckog jogurta + 1/2 kasicice rendane kore od limuna + 1 kasicica sveze mirodjije + 1/4 kasicice belog luka u prahu + 1 kasicica soka od limuna
Priprema:
1) Pilece meso isprati hladnom vodom. Obrisati. Iseci na kocke. Krastavac oljustiti i iseci na trake. Paradajz oljustiti i iseci na kocke.
2) U kesicu staviti sve sastojke i zatvoriti. Promesati da se oblozi piletina. Ostaviti u frizider 3 sata ili preko noci.
3) Ocediti od marinade i peci u tiganju dok ne bude gotovo. Izvaditi meso. Dodati marinadu i kratko kuvati mesajuci.
4) U manju kutijicu pomesati sastojke za sos.
5) U plasticnu kutiju staviti piletinu, pored kukuruz, do toga krastavac i paradajz. Dodati manju kutijicu u vecu.
6) Kada se ohladi cuvati u frizideru do 4 dana.
Lunch
Ingredients: 150g chicken breasts +1 teaspoon lemon juice + 1 teaspoon olive oil + 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar + 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder + 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano + 1 1/2 tablespoons greek yogurt, 125g corn (in grain), half a cucumber, 1 tomato, for the sauce - 100g greek yogurt + 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel + 1 teaspoon fresh dill + 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder + 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Preparation:
1) Rinse the chicken meat with cold water. Dry with paper towel. Cut into cubes. Peel a cucumber and cut it into strips. Peel a tomato and cut it into cubes.
2) Put all the ingredients in a bag and close. Stir to coat the chicken. Leave in the fridge for 3 hours or overnight.
3) Drain the marinade and bake in the pan until done. Take out the meat. Add the marinade and cook briefly, stirring.
4) In a small box, mix the sauce ingredients.
5) Put the chicken in the plastic box, next to the corn, then the cucumber and tomato. Add a smaller box to a larger one.
6) When cool, store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
