Proja sa kiselom pavlakom (Cornbread with sour cream)

Sastojci: 400g kukuruznog brasna, 400g psenicnog brasna, 300ml kisele pavlake, 600ml kisele vode, 200ml ulja, 4 jaja, 10g praska za pecivo.

Priprema:
0) Umutiti jaja.
1) U ciniji pomesati psenicno i kukuruznog brasno i prasak za pecivo. 
2) Dodati kiselu pavlaku, kiselu vodu, ulje i umucena jaja. Mesati dok se sve ne sjedini.
3) Staviti papir za pecenje u pleh ili namazati uljem i malo posuti sa brasnom. Sipati smesu. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 220C. Proveriti cackalicom da li je pecena. Ubosti cackalicu u sredinu proje i ako izadje suva proja je gotova.

Ingredients: 400g corn flour, 400g wheat flour, 300ml sour cream, 600ml carbonated water, 200ml oil, 4 eggs, 10g baking powder.

Preparation:
0) Whisk the eggs.
1) In a bowl, mix wheat and corn flour and baking powder.
2) Add sour cream, carbonated water, oil and beaten eggs. Stir until everything is combined.
3) Put the baking paper in a baking tray or grease with oil and sprinkle a little with flour. Pour the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 220C. Check with a toothpick if it is baked. Insert the toothpick in the middle of the cornbread and if it comes out dry, the cornbread is ready.
