Keksi od ovsenih pahuljica (Oatmeal cookies)

Sastojci: za osnovnu mesavinu: 8 banana, 300g ovesnih pahuljica, 100g suvih brusnica ili suvih urmi, bez kostica, seckanih) ili suvih sljiva (bez kostica, seckanih) ili suvih kajsija (bez kostica, seckanih) ili suvog ananasa, 100g oraha (seckanih); za crne kekse: 50g crne cokolade (rendane sitno), za bele kekse: bele cokolade (rendane na sitno).

Priprema:

1) U ciniji viljuskom izgnjeciti banane. Napraviti pire.

2) Dodati ovsene pahuljice i sve dobro izmesati. 

3) Dodati suve brusnice i dobro sjediniti.

4) Dodati orahe i dobro izmesati.

5) Podeliti na dva dela.

6) U jedan deo dodati crnu cokoladu i izmesati. 

7) U drugi deo dodati belu cokoladu i izmesati.

8) U pleh oblozen papirom za pecenje staviti kasiku smese i pritisnuti kasikom odozgo da se spljosti. 

9) Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C oko 20 minuta.

Ingredients: for the basic mixture: 8 bananas, 300g oat flakes, 100g dried cranberries or dried dates (pitted, chopped) or prunes (pitted, chopped) or dried apricots (pitted, chopped) or dried pineapple, 100g walnuts (chopped); for dark biscuits: 50g dark chocolate (finely grated), for white biscuits: white chocolate (finely grated).

Preparation:

1) Mash bananas in a bowl with a fork. Make a puree.

2) Add oat flakes and mix everything well.

3) Add dried cranberries and mix well.

4) Add walnuts and mix well.

5) Divide into two parts.

6) Add dark chocolate to one part and mix.

7) In the second part, add white chocolate and mix.

8) Place a spoonful of the mixture in a baking tray lined with baking paper and press with a spoon from above to flatten.

9) Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for about 20 minutes.
