Sastojci: 100g soja sosa ili zamena za soja sos, 3 kašike putera od kikirikija, 1 ½ kašika zutog šećera, 3 kašičice pirinčanog vinskog sirćeta, 3 kašičice susamovog ulja, 1 ½ kašičica ljutog sosa, 1 ½ čen belog luka (zgnjecen), prstohvat crnog bibera.
Priprema:
1. Pomešajte soja sos, puter od kikirikija, smeđi šećer, pirinčano vinsko sirće, susamovo ulje, ljuti sos, beli luk i biber zajedno u velikoj činiji dok se dobro ne sjedine.
2. Držite u tegli u frižideru do 10 dana ili u hermetički zatvorenoj posudi u zamrzivaču 2 meseca.
Ingredients: 100g soy sauce or substitute for soy sauce, 3 tablespoons peanut butter, 1 ½ tablespoons brown sugar, 3 teaspoons rice wine vinegar, 3 teaspoons sesame oil, 1 1/2 teaspoons hot sauce, 1 ½ cloves of garlic (minced), pinch of ground black pepper.
Preparation:
1. Mix soy sauce, peanut butter, brown sugar, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, hot sauce, garlic, and pepper together in a large bowl until well combined.
2. Keep in a jar in the fridge for up to 10 days or in an airtight container in the freezer for 2 months.
