Brze nepecene vocne cokoladne kocke (Quick no bake fruit chocolate cubes)

Sastojci: za koru - 300g mlevenog keksa, 2 kasike rogaca u prahu, 200ml soka (od pomorandze, ananasa, itd.), za fil - krem od krem sira i slatke pavlake, 100g bele cokolade, 300g bobicastog voca (jagode, kupine, maline, borovnice, ribizle), za premazivanje - 200g cokolade, 3 kasike margarina, 3 kasike mlevenog keksa.


Priprema:

0. Jagode iseci na snite.

1. Pomesati mleveni keks, rogac u prahu i sok od pomorandze. Zamesiti rukom da se sjedini.


2. U manji dublji pleh staviti koru i poravnati rukama.

3. Spremiti krem od krem sira i pavlake.

4. Belu cokoladu otopiti na pari.

5. Pomesati krem od krem sira i slatke pavlake sa belom cokoladom i promesati da se sjediniti. Dodati jagode i jos jednom promesati.

6. Fil od jagoda staviti preko keksa.

7. Ostaviti u frizider na 2h.

8. Otopiti cokoladu sa margarinom na pari. Dodati mleveni keks i promesati.

9. Preliti preko fila od jagode i poravnati.


Ingredients: for the crust - 300g of ground biscuits, 2 tablespoons of carob powder, 200ml of juice (from orange, pineapple, etc.), for the filling - cream from cream cheese and heavyt cream, 100g of white chocolate, 300g of berries (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, currants), for coating - 200g of chocolate, 3 tablespoons of butter (unsalted), 3 tablespoons of ground biscuits.


Preparation:

0. Cut the strawberries into slices.

1. Mix ground biscuits, carob powder and orange juice. Knead by hand to combine.

2. Place the crust in a smaller, deeper pan and flatten it with your hands.

3. Prepare cream from cream cheese and hravy cream.

4. Melt the white chocolate over steam.

5. Mix cream from cream cheese and heavy cream with white chocolate and stir to combine. Add strawberries and stir once more.

6. Put the strawberry filling over the biscuits.

7. Leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

8. Melt the chocolate with butter over steam. Add ground biscuit and stir.

9. Pour over the strawberry filling and flatten.
