Vocni dezert u casi (Fruit dessert in a cup)

Sastojci: 100g keksa, 400g krema od krem sira i slatke pavlake, (neslanog), 250g voca, 60g secera u prahu, 1 kasika soka od limuna, rendana kora jednog limuna, komadi voca.


Priprema:

0. Izgnjeciti voce viljuskom ili samleti u secku ili blenderu.

1. U serpici staviti voce sa secerom u prahu i sokom od limuna da se kuva, na srednjoj temperaturi (4) i mesati dok se ne zgusne. Skloniti sa sporeta i ostaviti da se potpuno ohladi.


2. Pripremiti krem od krem sira i slatke pavlake.

3. Pomesati voce sa ⅔ krema i promesati da se sjedini. 

3. Izdrobiti keks ili u secku ili staviti u kesu sa zatvaracem i oklagijom (staklenom flasom ili teglom) usitniti.

4. U case staviti 2 kasike keksa, preko staviti vocni krem, a preko toga beli krem. 

5. Ukrasiti mlevenim keksom i komadima voca.

6. Ostaviti u frizider 2h pre upotrebe.


Ingredients: 100g of biscuits, 400g of cream from cream cheese and heavy cream, (unsalted), 250g of fruit, 60g of powdered sugar, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, grated rind of one lemon, pieces of fruit.


Preparation:

0. Mash the fruit with a fork or grind in a chopper or blender.

1. Place the fruit in a saucepan with powdered sugar and lemon juice to cook, at a medium temperature (4) and mash until it thickens. Remove from heat and let cool completely.

2. Prepare the cream from cream cheese and heavy cream.

3. Mix the fruit with ⅔ of the cream and stir to combine.

3. Crush the biscuit into small pieces with a chopper or put it in a bag with a seal and grind it with a rolling pin (glass bottle or jar).

4. Put 2 tablespoons of biscuits in the cups, put fruit cream on top, and white cream on top of that.

5. Decorate with crushed biscuits and pieces of fruit.

6. Leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours before use.
