Sastojci: 600 ml gušćeg jogurta, 15g zelatina, 130 g šećera, 20g vanilin šećera, 300 ml slatke pavlake, ½ kasicice ekstrakta vanile.
Priprema:
1. Želatin preliti sa 3 kašike jogurta (hladnog) i ostaviti da nabubri, 15 do 20 minuta.
2. Slatku pavlaku čvrsto umutiti.
3. Jogurt, šećer, vanilin šećer i ekstrakt vanile dobro mikserom umutiri.
4. Želatin na srednje niskoj temperaturi (3) rastopiti mesanjem. Skloniti sa sporeta.
5. Uz neprestano mešanje dodati jogurtu.
6. Dodati slatku pavlaku i sve dobro izmešati.
7. Ostaviti da se ohladi.
8. Cuvati u frizideru.

1. Pour 3 tablespoons of yoghurt (cold) over the gelatin and leave to swell for 15 to 20 minutes.
2. Whip the heavy cream until stiff.
3. Beat the yoghurt, sugar, vanilla sugar and vanilla extract well with a mixer.
4. Melt the gelatin over medium-low heat (3) by stirring. Remove from the stove.
5. Add to the yoghurt, stirring constantly.
6. Add the heavy cream and mix well.
7. Leave to cool.
8. Store in the refrigerator.
