Posne projice sa ajvarom i susamom (Lean muffins with ajvar and sesame seeds)

Sastojci: 300 g  kukuruznog brašna, 150g brašna, 5 g praška za pecivo, ½ kasicice soli, 120ml ulja, 150 ml vode, 250 ml kisele vode, 50 g ajvara, susam.

Priprema:

1. Pomesati sve sastojke i dobro sjediniti.

2. Pleh za projice ili obican obloziti papirom za pecenje. Sipati smesu do ⅔ ako koristite pleh za projice. Posuti susamom.


3. Peci u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 C oko 20 do 25 minuta ako koristite pleh za projice i ako koristite veci obican pleh tj. ako je proja tanja ili pecite oko 30 do 35 minuta ako imate manji pleh a proja je deblja.

4. Ostaviti da se ohladi u rerni sa odskrinutim vratima rerne.


Ingredients: 300 g of corn flour, 150 g of flour, 5 g of baking powder, ½ teaspoon of salt, 120 ml of oil, 150 ml of water, 250 ml of sparkling (carbonated) water, 50 g of ajvar, sesame seeds.


Preparation:

1. Mix all the ingredients and combine well.

2. Line a muffin baking pan or a regular baking pan with baking paper. Pour the mixture up to ⅔ if you are using a muffin pan. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for about 20 to 25 minutes if you use a.muffin baking pan and if you use a larger regular pan, i.e. if the muffin is thinner or bake for about 30 to 35 minutes if you have a smaller pan and the muffin is higher in the pan.

4. Leave to cool in the oven with the oven door ajar.
