Veganski cvrst puter (Vegan hard butter)

Sastojci: 250 ml kokosovog ulja (rafinisanog, otopljenog), 30 ml avokado ulja, 80 ml nezaslađenog sojinog ili bademovog mleka, 1 kašičica jabukovog sirćeta, 1 kašičica nutritivnog kvasca, prstohvat kurkume, ½ kašičice soli.

Priprema:

1. Dodajte kokosovo ulje u blender sa avokado uljem.

2. Dodajte jabukovo sirće u sojino ili bademovo mleko i promešajte tako da se dobije jogurt.


3. Dodajte jogurt u blender. Dodajte nutritivni kvasac, kurkumu i so. Blendajte veoma dobro dok ne postane glatko.

4. Sipati u činiju i staviti u frižider dok se ne stegne.


Napomene: 

Nemojte koristiti ekstra devičansko kokosovo ulje.

Umesto ulja avokada možete koristiti ulje uljane repice. 

Dobicete oko 250 g veganskog putera.


Ingredients: 250 ml coconut oil (refined, melted), 30 ml avocado oil, 80 ml unsweetened soy milk or almond milk, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp nutritional yeast, pinch of turmeric, ½ tsp salt.


Preparation:

1. Add coconut oil to the blender with the avocado oil.

2. Add the apple cider vinegar to the soy or almond milk and stir in so that it curdles into buttermilk. 

3. Add the buttermilk to the blender. Add nutritional yeast, turmeric and salt. Blend very well until smooth.

4. Pour out into a bowl and refrigerate until set.

Notes: 

Do not use extra virgin coconut oil.

You can use canola oil instead of avocado oil. 

You will get about 250 g of vegan butter.
