Sastojci: 1 struk praziluka, 5 šargarepa, 1 manja tikvica, 1 keleraba, 1 manji koren celera, 3 štapića celera, (oljustite žile), 2 korena peršuna, 1 koren paškanata, 5 čena belog luka, 2 šake spanaća, 1 šaka seckanog lista peršuna, 4 kašike himalajske soli, 1 kasicica kurkume, Malo ulja da pokrije dno tiganja.
Priprema:
1. Očistite sve povrce.
2. Iseckajte povrće.
3. Na ulju dinstajte povrće, povremeno mesajuci, 30 minuta.
4. Kada omekša, posolite i dodajte kurkumu. Promesati.
5. Staviti u blender ili usitniti stapnim mikserom.
6. Pleh obloziti papirom za pecenje. Sipati smesu I poravnati kasikom.
7. Stavite u zamrzivac.
8. Posle 3 sata izvaditi I nozem iseci na željene kocke.
9. Vratiti u zamrzivac I ostaviti 8 sati ili preko noci.
10. Iseci kocke po linijama.
11. Uviti u papirom za pecenje.
12. Cuvati u zamrzivacu.
Ingredients: 1 bunch of leeks, 5 carrots, 1 small zucchini, 1 kohlrabi, 1 small celery root, 3 celery sticks, (veins peeled), 2 parsley root, 1 parsnip root, 5 garlic cloves, 2 handfuls of spinach, 1 handful of chopped parsley leaves, 4 tablespoons of Himalayan salt, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, s little oil to cover the bottom of frying pan.
Preparation:
1. Clean all the vegetables.
2. Chop the vegetables.
3. Stew vegetables in oil, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes.
4. When it becomes soft, add salt and turmeric. Stir.
5. Place in a blender or grind with a stick mixer.
6. Cover the tray with baking paper. Pour the mixture and level it with a spatula or spoon.
7. Place in the freezer.
8. After 3 hours, take it out and cut it into the desired cubes with a knife.
9. Return to the freezer and leave for 8 hours or overnight.
10. Cut the cubes along the lines.
11. Wrap in baking paper.
12. Store in the freezer.
