Porcija je ½ rolnice.
Sastojci: 1 integralna tortilja (oko 25 cm), 60 g humusa, 60 g Levantine tabule salate, 1 list zelene salate (iseckane), 16 g klica lucerke (alfalfa) ili pasulja, 1 veliki ili 2 mala paradajza (iseckana).
Priprema:
1. Položite integralnu tortilju ravno na tanjir.
2. Rasporedite humus preko tortilje.
3. Dodajte tabule salatu preko humusa.
4. Dodajte zelenu salatu odozgo.
5. Dodajte klice i seckani paradajz odozgo.
6. Počevši od ivice duže strane, uvijte je.
7. Presecite je na pola i poslužite ili je čvrsto umotajte u plastičnu foliju za kasnije.

Ingredients: 1 whole wheat tortillas (about 25 cm), 60 g hummus, 60 g Levantine tabouli tabbouleh salad, 1 leaf romaine lettuce (chopped), 16 g alfalfa or bean sprouts, 1 large or 2 small tomato(es) (chopped).
Preparation:
1. Lay the whole wheat tortilla flat on a plate.
2. Spread the hummus over the tortilla.
3. Add tabouli over the hummus.
4. Add romaine lettuce on top.
5. Add sprouts and chopped tomatoes on top.
6. Starting from the edge of a long side, roll it up.
7. Cut it in half and serve or wrap it tightly in plastic wrap for later.
