Oslic sa povrcem u rerni (Hake with veggies in the oven)

Sastojci: 500 g fileta oslića, 1 veća glavica crnog luka (isečenog na trakice), 1 manji karfiol, 2 šargarepe, 1 manja tikvica, 1 srednji batat (slatki krompir) ili mladi krompir, lisce celera, 1 srednji paradajz, malo soli i bibera, 3 cena belog luka, peršunovo lišće, maslinovo ulje, limun.

Priprema:

0. Oljustiti paradajz.

1. Ribu začinite solju i biberom. Povrce oljustiti. Šargarepu, crni luk, tikvicu i batat - slatki krompir ili krompir isecite na kolutove, srednje debljine. Paradajz isecite na pola. Karfiol razdvojiti na cvetove. Beli luk izgnjeciti.

2. Pripremiti karfiol.

3. Kuvajte cvetove karfiola 5 minuta. 

4. Zagrejte rernu na 180 C. Tepsiju namazati uljem. Posoliti i pobiberiti povrce I promesati. Poredjati povrce, preko stavite oslić i sve prelijte sa malo maslinovog ulja. Pokrijte alu-folijom i pecite 30-40 minuta. 

5. Desetak minuta pred kraj pečenja, skinite foliju i ostavite da se zapeče.


Ingredients: 500 g hake fillets, 1 large onion (cut into strips), 1 small cauliflower, 2 carrots, 1 small zucchini, 1 medium batata - sweet potato (sweet potato) or new potato, celery leaves, 1 medium tomato, a little salt and pepper, 3 cloves of garlic, parsley leaves, olive oil, lemon.

Preparation:

0. Peel the tomato.

1. Season the fish with salt and pepper. Peel the vegetables. Cut the carrots, onion, zucchini and batata - sweet potato or potato into rings of medium thickness. Cut the tomatoes in half. Separate the cauliflower into florets. Mash the garlic.

2. Prepare the cauliflower.

3. Boil the cauliflower florets for 5 minutes.

4. Heat the oven to 180 C. Grease the pan with oil. Salt and pepper the vegetables and stir. Place the vegetables, put the hake on top and cover everything with a little olive oil. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30-40 minutes.

5. About ten minutes before the end of baking, remove the foil and let it bake.
