Sastojci: 200 g brasna, 400 ml mleka, 3 jaja, 1 kasika secera, 1 kasika ulja, ½ kasicice soli, 100 g kackavalja (cedar sir, gauda kackacavalj, trapist kackavalj), 100 g sunke, 3 do 4 kasike lista persuna (sitno seckanog), ulje za przenje.
Priprema:
0. Sunku i kackavalj izrendati
1. Umutiti jaja sa šećerom i solju.
2. Dodajte polovinu mleka i brašno i promešajte.
3. Dodajte preostalo mleko, ulje, kackavalj, šunku i persun.
4. Pecite na srednjoj vatri (4) sa svake strane dok ne budu gotove.
Ingredients: 200 g of flour, 400 ml of milk, 3 eggs, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of oil, ½ teaspoon of salt, 100 g of yellow cheese (cheddar cheese, gouda cheese, trappist), 100 g of ham, 3 to 4 tablespoons of parsley leaves (finely chopped), oil for frying.
Preparation:
0. Shred the ham and yellow cheese
1. Beat eggs with sugar and salt.
2. Add half of the milk and flour and mix.
3. Add the remaining milk, oil, yellow cheese, ham and parsley.
4. Fry on medium heat (4) on each side until done.
