Sastojci: 2 x 150 g fileta oslića + bez kože i kostiju), 6 crnih maslina (bez koštica i prepolovljenih), so, sveže mleveni crni biber, 1 kašika avokado ulja ili maslinovog ulja, prstohvat dimljene paprike, 1 čen belog luka (oljušten i zgnječen), 1 kašičica limunovog soka, šaka peršunovog lišća (grubo iseckanog), za povrće - 1 crvena paprika (grubo iseckana), 1 žuta paprika (grubo iseckana), 1 zelena paprika (grubo iseckana), ½ crvenog luka (isečenog na kriške), 2 paradajza (isečena na četvrtine), 1 čen belog luka (oljušten i iseckan), 1 kašika avokado ulja ili maslinovog ulja.
Priprema:
1. Očistite paprike. Oljuštite paradajz. Očistite luk. Paprike isecite na 6 ili 7 komada. Paradajz isecite na četvrtine. Crni luk isecite na 2 ili 3 dela.
2. Stavite paprike, crveni luk, paradajz i beli luk u činiju. Začinite i dodajte ulje. Dobro promešajte, a zatim prebacite u pleh za pečenje.
3. Zagrejte rernu na 200°C.
4. Stavite u rernu i pecite 20 minuta.
5. U činiji pomešajte kašiku ulja, dimljenu papriku, beli luk i sok od limuna.
6. Izvadite pleh iz rerne.
7. Pospite crnim maslinama, dodajte polovinu listova peršuna i promešajte.
8. Stavite ribu odozgo. Začinite solju i crnim biberom. Kašikom prelijte ribu mešavinom ulja i paprike.
9. Vratite u rernu i pecite još 12-15 minuta.
Oslić je gotov kada se lako ljušti i izgubi svoj providni izgled.
Oslića možete poslužiti sa povrćem uz kuvani (bareni) krompir ili pire krompir.
Ingredients: 2 x 150g hake fillets +skinned and boned), 6 black olives (pitted and halved), salt, freshly ground black pepper, 1 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil, pinch of smoked paprika, 1 garlic clove (peeled and crushed, 1 tsp lemon juice, handful of parsley leaves (roughly chopped), for vegetables - 1 red pepper (roughly chopped), 1 yellow pepper (roughly chopped), 1 green pepper (roughly chopped), ½ red onion (cut into wedges), 2 tomatoes (cut into quarters), 1 garlic clove (peeled and chopped), 1 tbsp rapeseed or olive oil.
Preparation:
1. Clean peppers. Peel tomatoes. Clean onion. Bell peppers cut in 6 ili 7 pieces. Tomato cut into quarters. Onion cut into 2 or 3 pieces.
2. Place the peppers, red onion, tomatoes and garlic in a bowl. Season and add oil. Toss well then transfer to a roasting pan.
3. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
4. Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
5. In a bowl, mix a tablespoon of oil, the smoked paprika, garlic and lemon juice.
6. Take the roasting pan from the oven.
7. Sprinkle in the black olives, add half of the parsley leaves and stir through.
8. Place the fish on top. Season with salt and black pepper. Spoon the oil and paprika mixture over the fish.
9. Return to the oven and bake for another 12-15 minutes.
The hake is done when it flakes easily and loses its translucent appearance.
You can serve hake with veggies with cooked (boiled) potatoes or mashed potatoes.
