Za pljeskavice od sojinog granulata najbolje su mediteransko-balkanske ili blago dimljene kombinacije.
Opcija A: klasična (najneutralnija). Dobro ako želiš da pljeskavice idu uz razne priloge.
Sastojci: 1/2 kašičice sušenog origana, 1/2 kašičice slatke mlevene paprike, 1/8–1/4 kašičice belog luka u prahu (opciono).
Količina ukupno: 1 kašičica mešavine za 4 pljeskavice.
Opcija B: balkanska (najbliža “pljeskavica” ukusu). Ako želiš ukus sličan mesnim pljeskavicama.
Sastojci: 1/2 kašičice slatke mlevene paprike, 1/4 kašičice mlevenog semena korijandera, 1/8 kašičice mlevenog kima, prstohvat tucane ljute paprike (opciono).
Količina ukupno: 1 kašičica za 4 pljeskavice.
Opcija C: dimljena (vrlo ukusna za soju). Daje puniji i “mesnatiji” šmek.
Sastojci: 1/2 kašičice dimljene paprike u prahu, 1/4 kašičice sušenog belog luka, 1/8 kašičice mlevenog bibera, prstohvat suvog origana ili majčine dušice.
Količina ukupno: 1 kašičica za 4 pljeskavice.
Mediterranean-Balkan or mildly smoked combinations are best for patties made from soy granules.
Option A: classic (the most neutral). Good if you want burgers to go with various side dishes.
Ingredients: 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon ground sweet paprika, 1/8–1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional).
Amount in total: 1 teaspoon of mixture for 4 patties.
Option B: Balkan (closest to "burger" in taste). If you want a taste similar to meat patties.
Ingredients: 1/2 teaspoon ground sweet paprika, 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander seeds, 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin, a pinch of crushed hot pepper (optional).
Amount in total: 1 teaspoon for 4 patties.
Option C: smoked (very tasty for soy). It gives a fuller and "meatier" taste.
Ingredients: 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika powder, 1/4 teaspoon of dried garlic, 1/8 teaspoon of ground pepper, a pinch of dried oregano or Breckland thyme.
Amount in total: 1 teaspoon for 4 patties.
