Razlika izmedju pindjura, ajvara i ljutenice (Difference between Balkan relish, ajvar and spicy relish)

1. Pindjur

A) Opis:

Balkanski namaz od pečene crvene paprike i paradajza, mekše teksture, sočan, blaži i prirodniji u ukusu.

B) Osnovni sastojci:

- Crvena paprika

- Paradajz (ponekad)

-Ulje

- So

C) Karakteristike:

Tekstura: maziv, ređi

Ukus: blag, sladak

Ljutina: nema

Ključni sastojci: crvena paprika, paradajz, so, ulje

2. Ajvar

A) Opis:

Najpoznatija zimnica na Balkanu, čvršća i gušća od pindjura, sa izraženom slatko-dimljenom aromom crvene paprike.

- Ponekad malo ljute paprike

Opis:

A) Description:

Balkan spread made from roasted red peppers and tomatoes, softer in texture, juicy, milder and more natural in taste.

B) Basic ingredients:

- Red peppers

- Tomatoes (sometimes)

- Oil

- Salt

C) Characteristics:

Texture: spreadable, thinner

Taste: mild, sweet

Spiciness: none

Key ingredients: red peppers, tomatoes, salt, oil

Additional ingredients/variants: eggplant (optional), lemon juice (optional)

Use: spread on bread, side dish, condiment.

2. Ajvar (Balkans roasted red peppers sauce)

A) Description:

The most famous winter relish in the Balkans, firmer and thicker than Balkan relish, with a pronounced sweet-smoky aroma of red peppers.

B) Basic ingredients:

- Red pepper (main component)

- Oil

- Salt

- Sometimes a little hot pepper

C) Characteristics:

- Texture: thick, compact

- Taste: sweet-smoky

- Hotness: mild 

- Key ingredients: red pepper, oil, salt

- Additional ingredients/variants: hot pepper (optional), roasted eggplant

- Use: spread on bread, side dish, winter stores dish

3. Spicy relish (spicy roasted red pepper and tomato relish)

Description:

A) Spread with a pronounced vegetable flavor and a moderate hot tone. Juicier than ajvar, but thicker and spicier than Balkan relish.

- Chili pepper

C) Characteristics:
