Puding od vanile (Vanilla pudding)

 Puding od vanile sa mlekom 

Sastojci: 500 ml mleka, 50 g šećera, 40 g pudinga od vanile u prahu, 1 kašičica vanilin šećera ili ½ kašičice vanila ekstrakta (opciono).

Priprema:

1. U tanjiru pomešaj puding u prahu sa šećerom i vanilin šećerom.

2. Dodaj oko 100 ml mleka i dobro promešaj da se ne stvore grudvice.

3. Preostalo mleko zagrej do ključanja u šerpi.

4. Smanji temperaturu na srednju (4 od 6) i polako sipaj smesu sa pudingom u vruce mleko stalno mešajući.

5. Kuvati stalno mešajući, dok se ne zgusne, 2–3 minuta od momenta kada počne da ključa.

6. Kada se puding zgusne i skineš ga sa ringle, ili dok je još vrlo vruć ali pred kraj kuvanja,

umešaj vanila ekstrakt i dobro promešaj.

7. Skloni sa sporeta i sipaj u činije. 

8. Ohladi na sobnoj temperaturi.

9. Stavi u frižideru 1 sat pre serviranja.

Ovaj korak zavisi od recepta koji pravite.

Vanila ekstrakt

Vanilin secer

 Puding od vanile sa vodom 

Sastojci: 400 ml vode, 50 g šećera, 40 g pudinga od vanile u prahu, 1 kašičica vanilin šećera ili ½ kašičice vanila ekstrakta (opciono).

Priprema:

1. U tanjiru pomešaj puding u prahu sa šećerom i vanilin šećerom.

2. Dodaj oko 100 ml vode i dobro promešaj da se ne stvore grudvice.

3. Preostalu vodu zagrej do ključanja u šerpi.

4. Smanji temperaturu na srednju (4 od 6) i polako sipaj smesu sa pudingom u vodu, stalno mešajući.

5. Vratiti sve u šerpu i kuvati stalno mešajući, dok se ne zgusne, 2–3 minuta od momenta kada počne da ključa.

6. Kada se puding zgusne i skineš ga sa ringle, ili dok je još vrlo vruć ali pred kraj kuvanja,

umešaj vanila ekstrakt i dobro promešaj.

7. Skloni sa sporeta i sipaj u činije.

8. Ohladi na sobnoj temperaturi.

9.  Stavi u frižideru najmanje 1 sat pre serviranja.

 Vanilla pudding with milk 

Ingredients: 500 ml of milk, 50 g of sugar, 40 g of vanilla pudding powder, 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar or ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional).

Preparation:

1. In a plate, mix pudding powder with sugar and vanilla sugar.

2. Add about 100 ml of milk and mix well so that no lumps form.

3. Heat the remaining milk to boiling in a saucepan.

4. Reduce the temperature to medium (4 out of 6) and slowly pour the pudding mixture into the hot milk, stirring constantly.

5. Cook, stirring constantly, until it thickens, 2-3 minutes from the moment it starts to boil.

6. When the pudding thickens and you take it off the stove, or while it is still very hot but towards the end of cooking,

mix in the vanilla extract and mix well.

7. Remove from heat and pour into bowls.

8. Cool to room temperature.

9. Put in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.

This step depends on the recipe you are making.
